Horrible service. Product came damaged and there is no phone number in the Netherlands to call. I have contacted them by email but no reaction what so ever.

We hebben contact opgenomen met de klant en een passende oplossing gevonden. Wij verontschuldigen ons voor het ongemak. Nogmaals onze excuses voor het late antwoord. Wij willen graag elke klant waarschuwen om nooit te tekenen voor ontvangst in het geval een pakket beschadigd wordt afgeleverd.
We have contacted the customer, and managed to sort the issue with them. We are sorry for the inconvenience.Once again we apologize for the late reply.. Hereby we would warn every customer to never sign for parcels that are damaged.
