Unacceptable delivery & customer support
I was expecting a good product and smooth delivery, but got very disappointed with how the ordering went.
DPD left the product at my front door, uncovered for the rain. Because of this, the product (2x Velux shades) got completely wet. The packaging disintegrated just opon touching, this is how wet it got.
I next filed a request through the customer service, after which they bounced back that I needed to prepare the items for return. This to me is not acceptable as:
1- I am not able to find (in fact even should have to spend time) a long carton box to put the shades in.
2- I have paid around 200 EUR for brand new shades, therefore it is not my responsibility to spend any time in case they cannot handle the delivery well
I would NOT recommend ordering here. The customer support does come over as nice and supporting, but in the end they expect you to do the work. Even for brand new products bought. That is not at all proper trading.

Thank you for your feedback and our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delivery. Blinds are packed in carton and plastic and normally are not affected if boxes get wet accidentally. We have offered to replace the order at once, of course without costs, and even without the proof from the side of customer that the blinds are not working correctly. The original delivery will be picked up for free also, but will have to be packed as the transporter will not accept unpacked products for transport. This is also mentioned in our terms and conditions.

Great experience, easy mounting.
Ordered 2 sunscreens and 2 combi plisse+darkening screens. Delivered just outside the delivery date bracket on saturday, but due to covid it's logical it can delay a bit.
The screens a so easy to mount to both skylights on the outside and inside, I think even my four year old daughter could have done it. And the price is also very competitive. Definitely would recommend this webshop.
