The product is lovely and great quality and bigger than I expected. My address had only partly gone through with my order but I was contacted to rectify this and order was then very swiftly dispatched.

First class service. I forgot to add a wee dog on to picture and i asked in comments if that was possible…. It arrived, its amazeballs….. and has the wee dog. So pleased.

I have received my order today which has been delivered broken. I contacted Daisy Maison immediately and I have been blocked with no way of contacting them. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

When I received my order I was so disappointed. I had ordered a pebble family plaque to celebrate the birth of a grandchild. I ordered 2 adults figures, 1 child, 1 baby and a dog. On their order form there are tick boxes/number boxes for the make up of a family including one for "baby" What I received was 2 adults, 2 children and a dog. I contacted Daisy Maison and sent a picture and the reply was I got what I ordered - no I didn't. A second child standing is not a baby! There was no offer to rectify and no offer of a refund if they couldn't do a baby. Whilst the quality of the item was fine I now have a useless gift - waste of money.

Ordered a personalised garden sign for a 50th Anniversary, absolutely gorgeous quality. Correspondence was really good. Good quality for a good price. Would highly recommend.

I was ordering for Christmas gifts and was over the moon with the gifts so beautiful thank you.

I placed an order and paid extra for express delivery. The billing and shipping addresses on my order were different and my order was shipped to the wrong address. Whilst the print is lovely.. customer service hasn't been great. No offer of rectification. Just 'were not sure how this happened' and then ignored. Which would put me off buying from them again.
There seems to be a common theme with poor customer service from them and as you can see from the below reviews, they only reply to the positive ones. They have also been deleting my comments from their social medias.

Cancellation was requested soon after order because the items were no longer but it was ignored.

3 days later the seller called to say the items were already made. When the order came item it wasn't as expected. Bracelet had a big knot , very bad finish. Item is very overpriced, please don't buy.
