Received a large Dagne Dover Indi Neoprene diaper bag as a gift. Less than 2 years into having it the ties on the zippers have broken, the metal piece used to adjust one of the straps broke. For the price point I would expect better customer service and better product quality. I would not recommend their bags fue to the poor quality.
I placed an order with Dagne Dover for a bag on Dec. 14 and it is now Dec. 30 and the shipping is just now tracked by UPS and is expected to arrive on Jan 6. This is extremely slow shipping. They are using a consolidated shipping scheme where they ship to a warehouse and when a sufficient amount of product is collected, then they call UPS for a pick-up. You will get your product in about a month!!! What a disaster for a customer. Most companies get their product to their customers with a few weeks. Shame on you Dagne Dover for treating your customers this way.

After 3 years of regular use, my bag is still holding up nicely and barely looks gently used. Excellent quality totes.
I purchased a jewelry case and it arrived with a large noticeable stain on the top of it. It was clear it left their facility this way, so quality control appears to need work. After a week and trying to contact the company via email and instagram, I have gotten no response to resolve this issue and am forced to file a chargeback with my bank. It's not cool to ignore your customers. This company needs serious work on QC and customer service. I will not be purchasing again.
Purchased multiple times from Dagne Dover. They have the best bags with lots of organizational compartments. Everything is well-thought out. I've only purchased different neoprene products like the Dakota backpack, the Micah crossbody, the Landon duffle bag, Mara phone sling, etc. They are all just as described (although I wish the Mara was bigger). Never had the need to contact customer service so I can't say much about that.
I bought the Tokyo bag in stone a couple weeks ago and after the first use the handles started peeling. The locks are cheap plastic and constantly come undone while wearing the bag. I was really excited about the design but it is crazy low quality especially for the $325 price.
I contacted customer support twice and have not heard back. Terrible experience and overpriced, low quality product with poorly thought out design. I will not be shopping there again.
DO NOT BUY the Oyster Neoprene color. Despite the picture showing a nicely consistent creamy color, the actual product is a complete mismatch. The fabric and the metal parts are in two different color tones.

I received a backpack as a gift last Christmas and it ripped in less than a year!! I have only used it a few times and I am very careful with it. I noticed a tear/ some holes on it and I was so surprised since i do not throw my backpack around and only used it a few times. I am very disappointed that i found a hole in it and it teared so easily and quickly- in less than a year and I only use it a few times a month. Dagne Dover is also very hard to reach because different time zone and when we emailed the photo of the snag/rip, they refused to give us a refund or replacement because it was “cosmetic”. However I would not want to wear it again with a hole/rip on it in case it gets bigger or it’s raining and my stuff gets wet. So disappointed that this is an expensive backpack for it to break so easily and to not have good customer service or resolution to this issue. It ripped in less than a year and I don’t even use it much!!!
The quality is subpar. We got the Indi medium in Camel and even plain water stains it. Washing doesn't really get it off. Space is a bit tight inside the bag too and it barely fits the items that come with it. My husband was annoyed with it but we stuck it out anyway because its stylish. The kicker was when we lost the changing pad during our travels. I wrote to customer service and they said they don't offer replacements and wanted me to buy a much larger changing pad for $60 (I paid $190 for the bag so they want me to spend 30% of that cost on a pad). The mini pad barely fit in there so to ask me to buy a bigger one was strange. I've lost Skip Hop changing pads in the past and the company has sent replacement pads for free. Much better customer service and quality compared to this cheaply made non-sense. I'd skip it.
I purchased the Wade Diaper bag as a gift to my self with a gift card from Nordstrom, after about 10 days of using the bag the insert on shoulder strap started coming out. I contacted Dagne Dover customer care team and they indicated that I would need a receipt to move forward with replacement process, I threw the receipt away and because I purchased with a gift card I don't have record of purchase date. They aren't willing to replace the bag and I haven't even had it for a year. so upsetting that the company wont stand behind their product. Never purchasing from them again.
Great. I bought a fanny pack, love it and am waiting on a medium backpack for upcoming overseas travel. Thoughtful design and recycled plastic utilisation. Very happy. Expensive buying from here in Australia shipping from USA.
Short shipment even though it was international, taxes were pre-paid, everything went smooth! Great tote bag for trips to the beach and everyday fitness/yoga.
I ordered 1 large toiletry bag and 2 Landon Carryall Extra Large bags on Nov. 6, 2022. On Dec. 2, I received 5 very small bags in a very large box. I didn't receive a single item I ordered. My packing slip was for the items I ordered (and was charged for), and not for the items I received (much lower value). This suggests factory theft. The customer service phone number says, "We can't take your call now. Call back later." I called during the hours of service listed on their website.
I sent a note which they said they'll try to respond within 48 hours, not counting weekends. Now what?
They made a mistake (?) and now I'm stuck spinning my wheels. They've charged my credit card and I don't have the items I ordered and I can't reach them. Be careful.
