Thiefs!!!! They stole my money! I ordered a newborn pillow February 20th and no order number or proof of purchase was provided instead it kept saying I didn’t order anything but yet took my money and of course I used chime and they won’t give me my money back and dealing with the Indians from chime for 2 months and I still don’t have my money and they keep denying it and sparatic does not respond to any of my emails and they don’t have a number to call. If someone has a form of contact please let me know they are freaking crooks

Haven’t received my order over a month and a half. Contacted support for no invoice of purchase after I was charged. Response was in a different language. New message 3/22 still in different language. Charged and didn’t receive goods

I ordered a Topspin Training Aid from Spartic. Following payment and securing a receipt for my credit card payment i recieved a notification that the price had been increased by $10 and charged to my card without explanation or authorization. I wrote the company and did not hear back. I made a claim with the credit card service/PayPal. Since I had not recieved the item (still had not after 23 days, PayPal recommended that I submit for a total refund. The entire process was unethical and without an apology or any notification whatsoever from Spartic. I highly pass this warning on to anyone considering purchasing from Spartic that they need to be leery of Spartic's credibility and service.

I ordered a trap and air compressor from Sparatic.com and the money was paid to a Luis Mique instead of Sparatic. I have attempted to contact Luis Mique and Sparatic and neither one will reply to my emails.. From What I have seen this company is a scam.

Needed a sturdy outdoor trash can, and sparatic.com came through with the Toter 48-Gallon Trash Can. It’s super durable, easy to maneuver with its smooth wheels, and exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was prompt, and the pricing was fantastic. This site is absolutely trustworthy!

So whenever I ordered I didn't happen to get a tracking number at all and now that I look at these other reviews I realize my mistake and I feel that I may have to refund soon, and also if someone can help me please reach out, like do they still send you the package after a couple of days, or does it never arrive???

No communication, but they were very quick to add $12.60 to the invoice without my approval, then they did not reply to any of 3 emails in 3 days. I filed a complaint with Paypal and was immediately refunded, but it will take up to 5 days to get the money back in my account. The really odd thing is, while I was reviewing the other complaints on Trustpilot.com, I received real ads from the same sparatic.com scam website, the same toaster oven scam, and the same product on the trustpilot.com website.

This website is a scam. Read the other real reviews. I had a similar experience with the PayPal taking the money and no contact from the seller. I ordered two bottles of bourbon and have not been able to get any acknowledgment of my order.

This company is a scam. They are using someone else's business name and address. I paid for purchase with them through PayPal, I wrote to them immediately because I did not get a receipt by email. I hadn't heard back from them at all, then yesterday I got a message saying that I had items left in my shopping cart and they would give me a 20% discount. On nothing.

PayPal is using their standard 20 day resolution process. Meanwhile, multiple other people are being ripped off. It's disgusting.

I blame myself to a degree because I didn't read carefully, the price for the air fryer was much much lower than the market value. It was too good to be true. Still, the fact that PayPal allows them to continue to take money through their website is horrible. I will be filing a complaint about PayPal as well.

I feel horrible for the Pool company they are using for their business name and address.

Total scammers! Stay away. Their listed address is a shack in California. False tracking number given. Nothing but a scam operation for sure.

This is a scam. I am the owner of 2 sons pool and spa..we have nothing to do with ordering anything. We are a pool cleaning business and someone is using our business name and contact information. We are currently working with law inforcement to resolve this crime.

This is a scam website. I made an ordered and try to communicate with support because the order seem weird to me. They don't even have a legitimate email address. I tried to contact them and just like the other person in this review board they said they couldn't find my order. They still took my money and probably stole my identity.

I placed an order for 23011615 Butterball XL Electric Fryer on 11/19/2024 and I received a message saying my bank declined the transaction but the transaction was approved by my bank and my account was debited. I have sent two emails to support at sparatic.com and all I got was an automated response . Till now nobody has reached out to me concerning this issue.
It is my first time buying on the site and the experience so far is not impressive.
