Disappointed with missing fittings
I ordered a large amount of garden furniture, worth thousands of pounds. Unfortunately, the dining table arrived without the fixtures/fittings needed to assemble it, so it currently can’t be used.
Customer service have acknowledged the issue after I called and then sent the photos requested, and said the missing parts will be sent within the next 3 business days, but I do feel this should have been handled with more urgency given the value of the order and the inconvenience caused. The dining table was the key item we needed, and the parts are currently taking up space inside our home.
I appreciate that they are sending the missing parts, but I would have expected a quicker resolution or a goodwill gesture. It has taken the shine off the order and made me hesitant to buy from them again.

Weird delivery experience
Delivery was rearranged twice by the firm without explanation, meaning a more than 2 week delay on delivery.
140kg worth of furniture left at the bottom of 2 flights of stairs. I'm not sure how most people deal with that. Also, head delivery guy was leaving all the carrying to the other guy - one of the boxes was 60kg and he was lifiting it alone.

Arrived on time as stated.
I received confirmation of the delivery date and was informed I would receive a 3 hour slot on the day. I woke up on the day and had a message to say delivery would be between 7am and 10am. The link on the tracker was accurate as it was live and I could see the delivery would be at 8.45am. It arrived at that time. The boxed chair was placed in my hallway. The driver was pleasant and polite. He also took a photo of the box, which was damaged, fortunately, once unpacked, the chair was not damaged.
I am pleased with my purchase.

Good quality rug, confusing delivery process
Lovely rug and really happy with the quality now it has arrived. The delivery process was a bit confusing, as I received dispatch confirmations and live tracking updates before being told the item could not be located in the warehouse. Customer service was polite throughout though, and delivery was eventually rearranged successfully.

Good for the money you pay
Ordered twice from Daals, first time ,no 3 hours timeframe in advance, luckily I was still home. Second time went smoothly. Little imperfections on the furniture, but overall, good, not a matter of returning it. The colour of the furniture is the same as advertised, that is a big deal, not too many companies advertise the reality of what you buy.

The Daal delivery was excellent and bang on time. The delivery team Neil and Chinadu were a pleasure to meet and a credit to the company.

Ordered from Daals and the delivery drivers were so rude. They refused to bring it to my door because I don’t have a lift which is understandable but the man was sarcastic and making silly comments about throwing the parcel over the landing or asking me to get ‘my man’ to help me. I was stressed about carrying the bed up the stairs alone as it is and these remarks didn’t help.

Outstanding customer service
Having bought some garden furniture last year I had no qualms about buying from Daals again.
I wanted to change part of my order I made on-line, I was actually able to speak to someone on the phone about my query, they resolved my issue with clear, communication in a polite and friendly manner. This was also extended to the communication I received from the delivery company. Again, polite clear communication. I would happily recommend Daals not only for their outstanding customer service but for their fabulous products too.
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience, ordered a coffee table on 01/05/2026 said it would be 10 working days at checkout. Conformation email then stated delivery would be 26/05/2026 or before - very misleading. Emailed on 22/05/2026 to ask for an update as there was no processing or dispatch email and asked for an update on if it had or was due to be dispatched. Received a email that didn’t answer any of my questions and said I would receive notification at lease one day before to confirm delivery. The latest delivery date promised is now tomorrow, no updates, no details of delivery, no details of progression and customer service is horrendous. Table is still showing as in stock as well so unsure why they are not fulfilling the order. Go elsewhere.

Easy to put together (though I think you need two people for box one and to carry the boxes!). It feels like a solid peice of furniture and looks really high quality. I have had lots of compliments, I love the rounded edges it makes such a big peice feel softer. It really matches the theme of the room (Painted - red earth and dimity).
Delivery was quick and easy, it arrived when they said it would and you can track your parcel on route to you, so you dont have to waste your day. It arrives in two boxes. You build the frame from box one and the drawers from box two.
Terrible experience - avoid at ALL costs
Avoid Daals unless you are prepared for an extremely stressful and frustrating experience.
What should have been a simple sofa purchase turned into weeks of delays, missing parts, damaged delivery issues and assembly defects.
The sofa initially arrived incomplete, with multiple essential parts missing, meaning it was impossible to properly assemble or use. I then had to spend weeks going back and forth with customer service to arrange replacements.
When the replacement package finally arrived, the courier left it dumped in my front garden after my brother missed the doorbell. I live in South London where parcel theft is extremely common, so leaving expensive furniture parts unsecured outside was completely unacceptable. The package itself was also in a terrible condition, ripped open, heavily damaged and seemingly thrown around during transit. In the process, the courier also managed to crush plants in my front garden.
Once I finally unpacked everything and attempted assembly again, there were STILL issues. The sofa modules connect using metal U-shaped brackets and the pre-installed pins on the sofa did not align correctly with the fittings, meaning the modules physically would not slot together properly. I had to spend additional time troubleshooting and effectively re-engineering the setup myself before eventually managing to force a workable solution.
At every stage, I remained patient, polite and cooperative with customer service despite the fact that this order consumed an absurd amount of time and energy for what was supposed to be a straightforward furniture purchase.
What makes the experience even worse is the company’s attitude afterwards. I was not asking for compensation, reimbursement or a refund. I simply asked whether Daals would offer a small goodwill discount towards an additional item I was already planning to purchase from them after everything that had happened.
Their response was to repeatedly insist that sending the missing parts for an incomplete order counted as an “additional resolution” and therefore they would do absolutely nothing further.
To be clear: replacing missing parts is not goodwill, it is the bare minimum required to fulfil the original order correctly.
The entire experience demonstrated poor quality control, poor logistics handling and extremely disappointing customer retention practices.
The sofa itself now looks nice now that I have finally managed to get it assembled after weeks of problems, but the actual quality is very poor and it is extremely hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Despite looking fine aesthetically, I would never order from Daals again and would strongly recommend others think carefully before doing so.

Turned up damaged. Then never give me a answer on when goods will be delivered again. Terrible service. They have refunded me minus £60 delivery fee. Had to call again to get this resolved
