Did not work for me
That turned out to be a platform that first takes all the information about your location and the credit card details and then places your order to pick up for the technicians. I spent couple of days after placing the order reading their regular informative messages on my phone and then on my email that they are all super busy and they are trying to find the technician. Guess what? I received the message that they can not fix an appointment and I need to make a new order and try again. I gave up waiting. And I think the problem is that no one wants to fix your bike under the current 50Eur compensation government program. I guess if I changed my order by stating "Paying 100Eur in advance cash" there would be a line, unless this platform just collects your identity...
