As a new cyclist, I was looking for a policy to cover me for accidents and personal injury. I found cycleinsurance.co.uk met my needs exactly. Hopefully, I won't need to use it!

I really just wanted public liability…
I really just wanted public liability insurance but I didn't think it was very obvious from their website that you could do this. I only realised this after the 14 day cancellation period had passed. I contacted their customer service dept, but they insisted the options were quite clear and weren't very helpful.
