We used this company- Mark- to fix my sons electrical bike and did not ask for a service to a brand new unused manual bike. We were charged £160 to put the wheel on three hours labour, and to fix fault brake on new cycle. Did not request a service but charged for it. He took consent for this charging as agreeing it with my neurodiverse disabled son- who had no authority to do this and was confused by this .
The wheel fell off the electric , day four. Endangering my sons ( age 16) and other lives . The wheel that cost £120 to put back on and three hours work.
A miserable and demeaning offer of £50. was made.
So there's your heads up.
