CYBX is a SCAM!!!!

CYBX is a SCAM!!!!!
Placed on order on July 17 2025 NEVER received my order. But they were quick to get paid and sent a fictitious email saying that my item was delivered. When tried to use the tracking number it didn’t work. Emailed them about the order NEVER Replied.
These should be punished for this.

SCAMMER

Order a chair from this company back in August 2025, have not received it. No response from support email. Website does NOT exist. SCAMMER ALERT ! I am contacting my CC company and reporting them.

I ordered an air conditioner from CYBX…

I ordered an air conditioner from CYBX on July 24,2025 it is now September 22nd and I still have not received my order. I placed the order through Shopify and have made numerous request for a refund. No one from CYBX or Shopify has responded to my request

Order for Aircondition

I placed an order and made payment for two air conditioners through CYBX on the 1st of August, 2025, but have yet to receive the products to date. When I attempted to reach out by calling the number provided, I found that it had been disconnected. At this moment, I'm unsure whether I've fallen victim to a scam or not.

I ordered 2 Murphy beds from CYBX…

I ordered 2 Murphy beds from CYBX Stores in July. I spoke to someone in August who assured me that the items were on the way. Then suddenly the website went away and of course I never received the items. I have tried emailing and received no response.

Order made and Paid for No contact with company or Order.

I made an order on August 7, 2025 and paid through Affirm. All of my payments are made and I haven't heard from this company not once about my order. Tracking number was given but no tracking. Can't contact Merchant no matter how hard I try. Asking for a complete refund. If you had a 0 rating I would choose it.
