I ordered a product. There was a timeline for returns. I sent them an email within the timeline. No response. At all. Ever. I then contested through my credit card. It took all of the 3 months for a denial. I still have not received any letter from them.

Scam company..bought weighloss patches from them.. they do not work.. they do not even resemble the size that are advertised

I was billed for two items. When, I only ordered one item. When the order finally arrived. There was only, the one item, I ordered. The amount I was billed, was £75.68. Which I only found out, when my Bank statement came. That's also when I found out, that they had split the payment, into two payments. One was for £36.06, which was, the price of the item I ordered. The other payment was for £39.56. I'm thinking they split it, because I would have noticed, a payment of £75.68 quicker. So they have took/stolen £39.56 from me. I have tried to contact the seller. But no joy. They used the name "Kraniceo" as their shop/sellers name. But I see other names are linked to it. Like Shopperholic and Kraniceovip and of chorus Fitody. I would tell everyone, to stay away from these pop up shops/sellers. They are fake. This is the first and last time, I will go near these kind of, so called, shop's/sellers..

Originally ordered through a company called Slimpeaka who magically disappeared after they took my money (and overcharged me $20 on top as well)!!! Unable to contact them, so got PayPal involved, within a day I had an email from Fitody saying they were shipping the order which arrived today, after 4 weeks of trying to get someone to answer my queries! Also, product says made in Aus but shipped from China. Thanks PayPal, you're awesome. Buyer beware though, won't touch them again :-(

I am having problems with this company, what should have cost £18 ended up costing £68, managed to get a refund for some of this but I am so not happy.

Scammers. Added unauthorised £27 for postage and set up unauthorised recurring payment. No acknowledgement of payment or response to emails. After some effort, PayPal refunded.

TROUBLE FROM THE GET GO
Ordered Glp 1 from this company on 22 September 2025. Paid shipping and risk free full refund within 180 days. Product took 2.5 months to arrive. So I then used product which did not work at all, tried to claim my Risk free full refund within 180 days. To be told No not happening.(PayPal because it was 30 days after buying) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL. ALL EMAILS DID NOT GO THROUGH. TOTAL SCAM.

Wish I'd read the reviews first. Bought weight-loss patches from an Australian company called AU Well Pro. Meant to have free shipping. Instead I was charged for shipping & shipping insurance. Emailed them, no response. Finally disputed thru PayPal. They refunded the product cost, but I still paid for shipping & insurance for a product I'm not even going to get now. AU Well Pro doesn't even exist in Google & refund was from Fitody

A fake company. I purchased items from Miryxo purporting to be British. Paid by PayPal, charged £5 more taxes and shipping. No shipping info followed. Contacted, here is the message

Purchased an item and then my PayPal account was overcharged, tried to email Fitody and had no response, contacted PayPal but have had no success as the case went in favour of fitody so what else to do but stay clear of these scammers

This is a Fake Company and they advertise free postage but yet you get charged postage and extra insurance..also they claim to be UK based but are actually Hong Kong .. customer service non existent as emails get returned... clearly a SCAM

if I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a detox wrist band which came with no instructios and fell apart.

Stung by false advert they took money then straight away another payment that they had set up as monthly payments.
I got PayPal too stop this right away.
I had ordered two and got 4 watches without any instructions too how they work.

I had to put a 1 rating as you cant select zero! WARNING!, do not buy anything from this fake online company.

How can I find out what I have supposed to have ordered. Got a bill for £42.40 for what?!!!!!

I ordered from this company who advertised on Facebook and it was a Detox wrist band and it was I pieces and broken and no instructions either. Just a scam and £33 out of pocket . Paid via pay pal however will check with M and S as my credit card is connected to Pay pal so here’s hoping !

I have been ripped off. Rubbish product. 2 extra ordered I didn't want. Repeat payments I didn't want.
Blame myself for stupidity in ordering rubbish. Tring PayPal for help not easy!

O stars total rip off! My parcel was seemingly delivered to someone in England I stay in Scotland. PayPal no help at all as they say parcel was delivered!

Same as the others, they added items that I did not want at checkout, they said free shipping but added $34 in handling fees, they added a recurring payment on my PayPal account without my consent. Yes, they claim the items are from Australia. I have cancelled the recurring payment and received a refund for the bulk of the order through PayPal but the original amount that they set up a recurring payment for of $35 is still under review.

Faulsly advertised as Australian made yet it’s made in China and no help from palpay don’t buy from this company. Once you start to complain about them they take down the advertising
