Fantastic Service and expert cleaning
I needed my jewelry cleaned and my necklace shortened and the clasp fixing, and all three things were done expertly. Holly in Matlock was absolutely fantastic at listening to what I needed and ensuring it was done in a super quick time. Highly recommend.

Warm professional service and a great ring!
We called in to the Ashbourne store and were very well looked after by Holly, who provided a friendly, professional service and a great price on a beautiful ring. She even managed to get ring resized in quick time by the local workshop as we were only in the area for a few days on holiday. Great service and a beautiful ring!

The best jeweller
Called in at the Bakewell branch to wish them well following the buyout. The staff there are so very nice and always helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I've had numerous watches from there, my wife has just bought a diamond bracelet and my daughter and her partner have bought an engagement ring and two wedding rings. We don't use any other jeweller. 10/10
