Fast service from first contact to the delivery of the report. The surveyor was polite and thorough.

The Report that they produced on the property, we are hoping to buy, was very informative. Without it we would have been unaware of the actual amount of urgent work that actually needed doing to the property.
We paid for the ‘experts’ in their field to inspect the property and to produce reports.
These were sent, together with the survey, to the Sellers of the property, in order to renegotiate the selling price.
Highly recommend them.

What can I say? Well I was happy with communication from making the first call to the surveyor Myles to the ease of payment and the final report. Not instructed a surveyor before so nothing to compare service with. A very smooth transaction. Thank you

Had a RICS survey carried out on a shared ownership property which was booked in within a week of enquiring. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and polite. The evaluation lasts 3 months and after this time frame they carry out a desk top valuation should you require one at no extra charge. Would recommend the company for a RICS survey.
