Spent ages making a cv thinking it was free as the website SAYS when you go onto it. Then as I go to download it at THE END it says i have to pay three quid! Absolutely ridiculous. Taking such advantage of people's time! Should've said you had to pay at the beginning before I wasted hours of my day!

Charged after cancellation
I paid the introductory price to get my CV. Which was good. I did have to download it as word and tweak before it was usable. The cover letter was very poor and really generic, It could have applied to anyone, for any post. I cancelled my subscription (and checked with online chat that I could cancel this way before signing up) using the cancel my subscription function in my accounts. I have now had £16.90 taken out of my account. I have spoken to online chat to cancel my subscription, and had an email through, but the account says that it's still active. If they change me again, I'll take action. Please just be aware that this happens and watch out for a cancellation email to keep in case.
