Pirates
Spoke to a chap called mark. After dropping in 2 Scania ecus. One engine and other coordinator. Quoted £185 for engine Ecu which I asked that sounds cheap. Of which he replied reman ecus at competitive prices. And quoted £485 for coordinator.
I asked if ecus could be bench tested there. The answer was yes.
Upon later phone call told they can’t bench test them there. So I said we will have engine Ecu with parameters flashed across.
Day after told engine Ecu would not wake up on powering up, this we all ready knew Hense sending to these pirates to either repair or replace.
Told they can’t repair these certain Ecu. Not set up for it.
Bill sent out for remaned engine Ecu was £2000 with vat. Slightly cheaper than new genuine Scania. Due to original Ecu unable to be powered up, they are unable to swap parameters over. I would be getting a blank Ecu.
Sent courier to collect ecus and we would pay only for diagnostic work done.
Rang up and mark not available. Spoke to carol office manager. I relayed the conversation between mark and myself to carol about prices quoted day before to which she started to laugh and scoff to the prices I had been quoted. Not professional in my opinion. Speaks down to customer as in customer don’t know jack.
If you are to use these scammers, make sure you get quoted prices in emails. Basically they will swap data over from old Ecu to a remaned one. Ask to speak to a technician, good luck as they cannot speak to the customer by all accounts.
I would rather give my money to Scania than to these pirates.

Excellent customer service
First time using CV Electronics.
Extremely easy process. I phoned not really knowing what I was asking for or describing, the lady I spoke to was very knowledgable, explained the procedure and sent me the relevant details.
I sent our old part off, they received it the next, I then received confirmation the following day saying the work had been done and it was ready to despatch. I paid the invoice via the link and I then received the part back the following day.
Brilliant customer service and procedures in place. Would 100% recommend

Excellent service, very helpful on phone and as repair was urgent got it done ready for collection next day. (We were late to collect due to to collisions on motorway and they waited for us to arrive despite having finished their work day)

Had some electonic/bcm issues with my truck.. They repaired all the issues on both modules and repaired a broken bolt..quick turn around and kept me iinformed all the time with progress. Would highly recommend
