Needed to replace a bit of flooring
Needed to replace a bit of flooring. Could have bought a board and cut if to size. For a price less than the board got it cut to size from here. As a non trade with no tools or skills this was easiest.

The delivery was on the date promised
The delivery was on the date promised. The acrylic we ordered was of high quality and the correct thickness for our job. When we opened the packaging the cream colour looked an exact match to the colour on the website and the colour we wanted, however when the protective covering was removed, it is much yellower than we wanted, hence only 4 stars. At some point we will remove it and replace it with some blue.
I would use the company again, as reproduction on a screen is difficult.

Sent wrong panels
Bought tongue and groove effect panel tiles for my bathroom and one of the tiles was clearly the wrong thickness and style. I submitted a form on the website the very same day I received the panels and have not heard back despite chasing. My decorator is coming tomorrow to finish the bathroom and we’ll have to complete our project without that last panel. Very frustrating and completely unacceptable.

The order was incorrectly manufactured (wrong sides with edging). Delivered swiftly and otherwise well packaged.
It took a few days for them to respond to my complaint. Eventually resolved by my keeping the item with a 30% refund - I had suggested 50% but they wouldn’t budge from 30%. This was refunded fairly quickly.
