I bought the Jack and Sally sweatshirts for me and my boyfriend. The sweatshirts are really cute, as is the print. The only problem is that the photos showed a heart drawn by the characters' hands on the sleeve of both sweatshirts, but these sweatshirts don't have a heart.

Never got my package. Been stuck on shipment processed emailed for the last 3 weeks. Absolute joke

It’s a scam… When you want to return your item, you need to send an email for the procedure. And then they don’t reply at all your emails and DM’s. Send over 20 messages in 3 weeks (IG, FB, email, chat..)

The jumper design is super cute I love the design.. for the price the quality is horrible.. it started balling up on the first wear. It’s sad because the design is so cute I want to wear it all the time but I can’t because of how many balls it gets

I have ordered twice from this business and I have loved everything I bought. I will be buying a third time.
I get so many compliments on the sweatshirts and the quality is amazing! People even think it's real from Nike! The sweatshirts are cute and so comfy. I even bought some as gifts and they have gone down great.
The second time I ordered, it did take a while for delivery but I didn't mind and it's worth it!

Took over 2 months to deliver, and only responded to multiple attempts at communication when we disputed the charge with the bank. They blamed the issue on the company going viral on tiktok causing increased orders, even though they had sent us a message stating it had been shipped less than 48hr after ordering, so this was just a lie. Jumpers finally arrived and the quality is not great, and sizing is inaccurate - we ordered a small and a 2XL, both are the same size.

I ordered a Christmas Jumper and received their standard jumper instead this was right before Christmas so there was no time to do a replacement I was very disappointed as I’d specifically ordered the Christmas version I reached out to them and they offered me a $10 refund which I believe is too low considering I received the incorrect jumper they have not paid me any refund and now are not responding to emails very poor customer service and it’s not my fault u stuffed up my order, very risky ordering from them and also all videos have embroidery on sleeve THIS IS NOT INCLUDED which videos make out it is this is an extra charge and process at the ordering stage, be careful

So I ordered 2 sweatshirts and then got a shipping notification. The system makes you pay for priority processing and shipping insurance. Then nothing, my order did not move. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who put this on her list and I was sceptical…however, I went ahead and purchased. I sent numerous messages through instagram and the order site, no reply. Eventually I got a reply with a promise to ship on 26th December….its now 2 days past that and my order still hasn’t moved, however they have my money.
So still no response from my last message and no product. If a company can’t get there orders out as promised it should not be in business….as I see from other reviews, this is a standard way they operate and get away with it.

So I pay for priority processing to get my shipment faster because i had a deadline before leaving the country. I even calculated the max time it could take for both processing and then delivery. I tried to ask the company if it was going to make it before x date but their customer support is non existent. No answer for a week and now the package has been delivered and i explained my situation. They had the nerve to ask why i wanted a refund and then ghost me. I contacted 3 more times still no response. And the funny part is the policy literally says guaranteed refund within 120 days NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Not only did i waste money on the priority processing, but my shipment came extremely late. Like please do better. The least you can do is respond on a timely manner to make it seem like you care about your customers.

My biggest complaint with this company was the shipping time. It took my package twice as long to get to me, then stated on the delivery instructions once I receive the sweatshirts they were nice.

Terrible!! Ordered November 30th, 10 to 15 days I should receive my products by there guide. Xmas eve and the product according to the tracker hasn't left the depo. 10 days before it apparently even left the seller...no reply to emails. Absolute joke!

This company clearly needs to improve their customer service. And from what I see in other online reviews, I’m not the only one! Before ordering, I read and reread their shipping times, and on my end, they were completely respected—that’s not the problem. The problem lies in their communication with customers. They only respond about 1 out of 10 times, and when they do, don’t expect a detailed reply.

I never received any updates on where my package was during the entire delivery process, and my confirmation number didn’t work on either of the two tracking platforms. The store manager justifies their lack of time and responses by saying it’s due to a video about their company going viral.

In short, the product is of decent quality but a bit disappointing. I do not recommend ordering from this site—look on Etsy instead!

This place is a total scam. I paid for two hoodies on October 18th. They asked me to confirm my address before shipping. I confirmed my address for them, and they replied asking me there still was a problem and I would have to confirm again.

This happened 6 times. I kept confirming the address for them, it showed a comical amount of ineptitude and terrible customer service.

Over a month later; after demanding they refund my money, they sent me a very curt email stating they “sent my items” out finally. No other info was given.

I’ve asked for a tracking number, got not response. Asked again, still no response. Nothing has arrived at my address, and I’m out nearly $80. It has been months since the purchase.

This place sucks, save your money and buy from a business that actually knows what they’re doing.

I ordered 3 hoodies November 30th 2024. December 5th, a shipping label was created and status was “ready to ship”. It is now December 16th, I have sent 5 emails the last 5 days and have not gotten an email back and I’m starting to think this company is a SCAM. Buyer BEWARE!

I have ordered the 1st of decembre , i have received the tracking link the 2nd of décembre and then the track didn't move since this day. My order is the #10175, it was suppose to be a priority processing because it was a christmas gift and now I am not sure if it can be on time.
I tried to join thème but no answer...
I hope that it will arrive ...

Quality is pretty good. Design was not centered. I order another set of sweatshirts but haven’t heard anything about the progress of that order. Was hoping to get them in time for the holiday but maybe the new year.
