We were first call of the day, excellent boiler service, our engineer even had protective covers for his boots so he didn't dirt the carpet.
Excellent service very professional. Booking process was easy with a confirmation call the day before.

Go with the cheap online quote, go with the local professionals quote, or go with overpriced monopoly quote, up to you, but I went with the middle quote for my boiler reinstall 3 years ago, and yep no issues, thanks custom heat )

The engineer attended within the time wondow I was given.
He was very polite and efficient and checked the system was working as it should after the service.
I felt he clearly knew what he was doing and would use custom heat again.
The booking porcess was also very starighforward.

If you look after the people that work for you they will have a genuine heart to tale care of uour customers who will return to you again and again the gentleman that come to service our boiler was very kind and friendly and naturaly so not just because he was dealing with a customer so make sure your staff come first they then will look after your customers

Replacement Boiler Installation
Jack, our boiler engineer was prompt, friendly and efficient. He carried out his work quietly and snags were overcome calmly. He explained clearly what he wss doing at each stage and cleaned everything up afterwards. The same was true of Lewis? who did some electrical work. Thank you.
