FRAUD
The order was not received. When checking the order tracking, it appears to have arrived in Portugal, but I didn't receive any message saying it had arrived and worse, the order didn't arrive at home.
When you try to open a dispute and despite entering all the information correctly, it doesn't let it go forward or it says that the email is not correct or it says that the anti-robot verification code is not correct.

This website is a scam! They pretend to sell high-end brands like ralph-lauren.com.se, but the '-' in the URL shows it's a fake. I made a purchase and had a terrible experience with their so-called 'customer service' (customercare(at)followingservice.com). They lie, give false information, and eventually stop responding altogether. I lost $70, and they basically stole my money. Stay away from this fraudulent site!

This was the first time I ever ordered anything off a Facebook ad. Never Again. I ordered some clothes, and got a transaction confirmation by email. 3 days later the scammers took £58.80 plus a currency conversion fee from my bank account. I didn't check that out at the time, but soon afterwards, nearly £300 of charges for ebay items turned up in my bank statements. I spoke to eBay and that was an obvious scam. My bank agreed to refund me, and we stopped the debit card. I didn't know how scammers had got my card details, but eventually realised it must have been from that Facebook ad purchase.Looking at other complaints on here I think I was lucky that NO GOODS had ARRIVED at all. I contacted the bank again, who reported the fraud and said I will get that money back too. Facebook should stop this type of thing.

Orders never received. Can not open up a dispute because the site cshelp never populates.

They don't even deserve any rating! Got a slammed twice for two separate.orders and not only did they charge me once every two weeks since nov 7th I've been getting charge $29.95 $44.38 $7.95. Every two weeks a different amount I figured out why my balance wasn't adding up n had to cancel my card now there's a dispute w my bank and I'm praying they will get me my money back. It could take up to 30.days but the nice lady at the bank said it looks very obvious you got s scamed so it shouldn't take that long to reimburse you. Now it's going on line again n redoing all my bills w the the new bank info! What a hot mess and all as I wanted to do was get a zip up hoodie w the discounted matching T-shirt to support my.minnasota vikings football team lol bottom line DONT buy!! SCAM!!!!

Ordered in November. Said delivered didn't camera evidence to prove it. Starred a dispute that still ongoing.

Just do not use a complete fraud, they send false tracking, goods never sent.

What they send is not what they shows in the video and over charge me try to contact for refund no answer now I try to contact Facebook to make them responsible for AD this big scam.

absolute scam. no way to contact them, my complaint is still being processed after 10 days. I just want my stuff or my money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
