I wish I'd known this was a scam. I ordered a jacket from (as I thought) Mountain Warehouse, regular updates on package for it not to arrive.
Extremely disappointed and angry.

I ordered watches a month ago but they have not been delivered. The order status shows that they have been delivered. I have written several times but have not received any response. BEWARE! AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I have bought a perfumes from the link on favebook which look legit .Now is nearly a month ,didnt reveive anything and it showing its been delivered !!! Total scam !!!

SCAM!!!!!!!Ordered off a website that looked identical to the office website, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I got regular emails updating me on where my parcel is so I thought it was legit and that I would get my parcel, I got an email telling me my parcel had been delivered but when I asked everyone in my house they said nothing had came. I checked my ring doorbell incase they had left it on my garden or with one of my neighbours and there was no sign of any parcel being delivered to anyone on my street all day, I’ve tried emailing, calling and texting but I’m getting no answers.

I would give 0 stars if I could….like another person on here first time I have ever been caught out but this is a total SCAM!!! Do not order from these cheating scum….i am a single mum struggling like everyone else to make ends meet and you have scum like this taking your money!! I work hard…as a nurse….you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! Very angry!!

Ordered from what I thought was Superdrug spent 73 pounds received a fake ring instead of the perfumes I ordered total scam had to wait 30 days knowing full well no perfume would come it's now in the hands of my bank. Total scam.

Absolutely terrible and a waste of time. Ordered an aftershave of a Tik Tok link which advertised as “House of Fraser”. I ordered and have waited about 3 weeks until it showed as delivered. Went to check and it hasn’t been delivered. Clearly a SCAM. Tried to make contact but was impossible to do so. Please stay away from this site indefinitely.

YHAQDER - bought a North Face coat through direct link from Instagram. Never got nothing. not even order confirmation. tried to write them but no answer.

About time Facebook got to grips with the scam merchants. Purchased wine from what appeared to be a Legitimate Laithwaites Wines outlet advertised on Facebook. Received receipt from CustomerCare-VIP. Queried with Laithwaites. Informed that it is Fraud.

Scam. Ordered goods. They say the parcel has been delivered but it hasn't. 😡.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely atrocious. I brought some Stanley cups or what I thought were and have been scammed. Emailed them and they have not replied. Absolutely fuming as they were christmas presents. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but they have taken my money and left me with nothing.

Never received my parcel and they keep saying that it's delivered.
