These curtains were better and less expense than ones I previously purchased at a local special made curtain store. The color and fabric plus the fact that they resist cat scratching was even better than I imagined. They look great on my sliding glass door in my formal living room.

I've ordered from Curtarra twice now - both times, the service and results have been top-notch. The team is not only friendly, but really invested in making sure you end up with drapery that you love and that fits your space perfectly, even if that means coordinating drapery panels with hardware from another source. Special shout-out for Ashley who helped me with this most recent order, but everyone I've interacted with has been great. The two rooms I've dressed with Curtarra have turned out better than another room we had done by a local professional for 3x the cost. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with my experience with the brand, that I have broken down this review and into categories.
Ease of Shopping: After coming across their website on a Google search, I was very impressed with the layout of the website. Having never bought a custom curtain I was a little hesitant to on how the measurements would be. But once you select a model, the measuring tool makes it very easy for you to calculate the size that you should buy based on the suggested amount to leave on each side, as well as the fullness that you desire.
Customer service: their customer service blew me away. My first chat interaction on the website I wanted to order the free samples to the site which material and texture would look better in my home. The agent was extremely helpful, and I asked him about one of the samples that was out of stock, but he was able to check their inventory and find it available for me. After receiving the samples, and making my selection, I went back to the website and chatted with another representative to clarify some other questions. Cheryl was an amazing agent!! (I work in customer service, and I was blown away by her attention and kindness.) She answered all of my questions and was able to guide me to make the right decisions. After the first order arrived, and I put it up, it looked amazing!!!
I decided to purchase custom curtains for my bedroom as well. Cheryl and I spent the next few WEEKS emailing back-and-forth, talking about the different product lines, the level of blackouts, and what options were available within my price range. She was not pushy at any time, she was kind, friendly, informative, and genuinely seemed to be trying to help me make the best decision.
Kudos to her, and the management team for their training.
Product: I love love, love our curtains. They are the most beautiful thing ever. And make my home look so airy, fresh, and luxurious. I thought the price was decent, and they did not break the bank.
To be fair, they have more expensive lines that were outside of my price range. But that’s why talking to the agents in clarifying your questions to what you need are very helpful.
My final reading would be, it’s 12 out of 10! Definitely worth your time and money.

I ordered couple of curtains for my living room. First the curtains came but they sewed the lining with the sheer I was very disappointed bec I searched a lot to find something I really liked I contacted them and told them that I don’t want them to sewed together and they were so respectful and responsible and made a new one without a hassle! I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the complete lack of response to my repeated attempts to contact you. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding issues with my order and have been trying—without success—to initiate a simple return as I’m not at all satisfied with the quality of these curtains. They were made so poorly with extremely cheap fabric and I also have not received the correct quantities which has not been addressed at all. Instead I’m being blamed for placing two orders and the only response I have received is accusing me of not showing correct photos of what was received when I clearly sent everything in hand and have only been requesting to send this back!!!
It is unacceptable that no one has responded or provided any kind of resolution. I expected far better customer service, and at this point, I’m left wondering how a company can operate this way. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.
Please respond immediately and provide a clear path to resolve this issue. I am simply asking for the ability to return what I received as it’s faulty and this should not be so difficult.
I expect to hear back from someone without further delay.
I’m responding again to your response. I included the photos from the very beginning stating that you sent 2 panels of each style instead of 4 and attached the photos. There was absolutely nothing dishonest about the photos or the email as I sent everything that you sent and have been emailing you trying to get this resolved to return and you guys have not responded. There is absolutely no response to all my recent emails after I especially touched on the fact that you offer a “satisfaction guarantee” and are not working with me to accept a return or provide an actual resolution. How do you expect us to come to an agreement on a resolution when you don’t answer emails?
