Absolute joke AVOID
Bought a white hp laptop November 2014 early 2015 the hard drive broke I took it in and a week later it was fixed. August the hard drive broke again so once again I took it in and a week later I received it back hard drive repaired but also the plastic top replaced for some reason they broke it, when I got it there was a crack on the base the lady said know how had reported it but it was reported originally so it happened in transit l. She said I can take it home whilst she disputes it to be repaired.
I took it home, overnight I upgraded to Windows 10 went to log in to emails and they had broke the mouse clicker
I took it in again and it was sent off, a week later I received it backx went home and the screen was flickering black when the lid is moved. ONCE AGAIN they broke it spoke to store manager who rudely refused to replace it and wants it to be repaired again.
I have lost complete faith, they are inexperienced and incompetent. I might as well throw this stupid laptop in the bin if they touch it again.

Reserve and Collect...what a joke!
I reserved a fridge but got to the SLOUGH branch and it wasn't available?!!!
Spoke to the Manager about it...he said we could have one delivered for £20 and then come back into store to get it refunded?!...we live 40 mins away so not happy to do that.
We left and ordered by phone...very nice chap...who said there was no delivery charge!
PS ...a SORRY would have been nice...wont be buying from this store!
