Happy With My Order

Ordered about $40 worth of items from Current Catalog in November and they arrived well before Christmas. I was satisfied with the quality. Only minor issue was the shipping package being a bit torn when it arrived but that is more on the delivery partner.

More of a review on Fed Ex

I ordered $90 worth of product from Current on Jan.1. It had a personalization in it. They got it to FedEx Ex on Jan 16. Fed ex did not get it to me until Feb. 3. This was not currents problem but Fed Ex's. I could not figure out how to change the company on this site.

NO order received!!

Last December before Christmas, I placed an order from Current in the amount of $27 for several items. They were to be delivered on January 9th. They have their money and I do not have my items. I tried contacting them and cannot through to find out what happened.

Don’t order Santa letters

Ordered Santa letters for 3 of my grandchildren. Filled out info for each child including their address. At the end they wanted my name and shipping address which I couldn’t figure out why, but no info available that I could find about why they needed my address. I had ordered Santa letters from somewhere else in past years, but my one granddaughter said she thought she had gotten the same letter the year before so I was trying to change it up to throw her off. When I got a confirmation that they would be shipped to me, I contacted customer service. They said yes they had the children’s addresses but they would be shipped to me since I put in my shipping address. I said it asked for my shipping address. They said I should have ordered each one separately and put each child’s address as the shipping address. It said no where to do this. The other place you ordered them together, they used the kid’s addresses and sent them to each child’s. I guess they want to make sure they get shipping and tariff(handling charge) on each letter. They said I should have read instructions better, but there wasn’t anything about that! Now the kids will know I sent them due to postmark on letter. I will never order from this company again! They are a bunch of scammers!!!!!!

Beware of False Advertising

Beware of false advertising! For months Current listed, as a coupon code, a number to get $2.99 shipping with your order. When entered in the coupon area, it didn't work and a pop-up said it was a promotion code. Customer service and a manager refused to allow this number to be used as a coupon, even though their website listed it as a coupon. This is false advertising and should not be allowed.

I never received my order after a month…

I never received my order after a month of waiting. After MULTIPLE emails and calls to check status of my order after no tracking number was provided I asked to get a refund and they keep telling me to wait 48-72 hrs for a call back and just keep kicking the stone down the road. I will never order from this place again. Even after asking to speak to someone in regards to my refund…they told me to wait 48-72 hours for the person to call me back. Complete JOKE of a company. They STOLE my money.

Edit: after calling yet again 8/19 nearly a month after I placed my order….they finally sent me to billing department and started the PayPal refund.

ordered a pocket calendar for $4.39…

ordered a pocket calendar for $4.39 expecting to pay shipping of course. I was given a discount of $.88, shipping and handling of $7.99, a shipping carrier surcharge (tariff?) of $2.99 for a total of $14.49 for a $5 calendar. WOW!

Bad service, bad support

A few months ago I ordered some cards and address labels. The cards arrived within a couple weeks and I was happy with them, but they told me that the address labels may take longer to ship. Evidently I was too patient because when I eventually asked why I hadn't received them yet, customer support responded by acknowledging that the labels were never delivered—but said that because it had been too long they couldn't issue a refund.

I wrote back asking if there was any other way they could make it right, since there was no dispute that I hadn't received what I ordered. They never responded. No offer to ship the product late, no store credit, not even a coupon for my trouble.

Don't order bank checks from Current!

Do not purchase bank checks from Current Catalog! I ordered 2 boxes of checks from them and never received a confirmation email. However, they don't seem to have an issue sending me promotional messages. I checked my credit card a few days later and found that they had charged me for the order. I chatted with someone online who told me that the order had shipped the previous day. When I asked for the tracking information I was told that they were sent USPS, they would arrive in 7-14 days and that they don't provide tracking information for small orders of one or two boxes of checks!!! So, my banking information is floating around out there for the next two weeks and I just have to pray that it arrives at my address and not someone else's. If it doesn't arrive, I will have no idea where it is. In that case I guess I will just have to cancel all of my banking information and get a new account. No worries for Current Catalog, I guess!!!!!! How irresponsible.

5 months to receive personal banking checks

I placed a sizable order in early November, including Christmas cards and personal banking checks. I received part of my order in December but did not receive the Christmas cards until February and just received my bank checks today, on 3/22/2025--nearly 5 months later! Currently claims that buying checks from them is safe and secure but I would say that my experience might indicate otherwise.

Valentine's fail

As many others have stated, do not rely on the processing times stated for online orders! I ordered valentines for my kids to give out in school 17 days in advance and paid for expedited shipping, and they won't arrive in time. Customer service was zero help. They "don't help with online orders" !?!?!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, no actually NO customer service! I placed a fairly large order with Current the end of December. I received it on January 20th! The bad part is that I did NOT receive my complete order. I contacted them THREE times about it & absolutely NO response. They have completely ignored all correspondence & never refunded the purchase I paid for the items! How can a company that has been around that long still be in existence?? DO NOT purchase anything from them, they're fired!!
UPDATE MARCH 17, They never did reply, just completely ignored any correspondence. In other words, they took my money & did NOT send the whole order! Somebody needs to investigate this company!!

Is this a legitimate company?

I placed an order and per the website orders ship within 3-5 business days. 10 business days later when my package still was not shipped I called and was told it takes 10 business days to ship and my order would ship that week, The next week when my order still was not shipped I did an online chat and was told my order would be expedited because it was stuck at the fulfillment warehouse. Two days later when my order still was not shipped I did another online chat and this time I was told the delay was due to the items that I ordered because they were processed as personalized even though they were not personalized . My order still is not shipped. I was charged for the order as soon as I placed it and the rude representative that I did the chat with kept asking if I wanted to cancel the order. I believe she was trying to get me to agree to cancel it since they obviously are not going to ship it and that would give them an excuse for not shipping my order that I paid for when I placed the order. I have been given three completely different answers the three times that I have asked about the status and they act like I am being unreasonable by asking when they are going to ship my order.

Absolutely Loved the Christmas Gifts Collection. Ordered gifts for my family, friends and myself on the occasion of Christmas. Shipments delivery was on time and the quality is superb. Thank you Current.

Poor Quality- Slow Delivery

As others have complained, the sneaky shipping surcharge was added. I wouldn't complain if the shipping was remotely timely. My order was placed on Dec 28th, and I received it, Jan 16th. BTW FedEx said I was getting delivery for the past 4 days.
In Oct I ordered cards and address labels that were of average quality, so I placed another order for the following year. The address labels are half the thickness of the previous ones. How is it possible that the quality changed so dramatically in 3 months!! When I called to complain they offered me a discount on a new order. No thank you!!

change of heart

This company has always been slow to ship but this time seems the worst. I'm so sick of checking the status every day and it just keeps saying "fulfillment". I assume they must always be short staffed. I love some of their products but super slow shipping irks me. It's not even the shipping itself so much, it's the time it takes before they ship. As someone else mentioned, in the meantime some of your items become "out of stock" by time they fill your order. I feel like I need to do picture searches and pay more to get their products through third parties. Ugh!
p.s. It has been 2-1/2 weeks since ordering. Some may think that's not very long? I do a lot of online ordering and everyone else ships out in 2 or 3 days max and I get my stuff in a week or less.
UPDATE: The day after I wrote this I received notice that my order was shipped and today (Jan. 22) I received my order. I feel I may have been a little harsh in my review. I do love their products and I think I need to accept the fact that they are slow to fulfill/ship if I want to keep ordering from them (which I do). I have changed it from 1 star to 4.

Nothing But Issues

Attempting to log into my account. Says it doesn’t recognize my email n password and suggests I try later! Attempts to reset password fail because I never receive an email from Current to reset it.
In desperation I place my order as a guest and miraculously the system now somehow recognizes me and sends a confirmation of my order to my email. Tired of their automated system constantly being dysfunctional.

COSTUMERS BE AWARE !

COSTUMERS BE AWARE !! the rebates or discounts offered in they company advertising are not honored.
The administration is a mess. Orders by phone takes 10- 20 minutes to do, and after all that, they send me a wrong printed checks.
I used the Co for many years. Something has changed in the wrong direction
