The customer service experience was great. I needed to consolidate my streaming services and decided to cancel for the time being. I have used the service for several years, but not at all in the last year. Marlo worked me through the various options for cancelation and made it a good experience. I would definitely consider using the service again as a result of my good experience.

Lovely customer support
I appreciated the broad variety of content and enjoyed the service for a year.
As it happens with many subscriptions in a world full of distractions and interesting productions, there came a time when I was ready to move on and forgot that I had a yearly subscription. When the next payment was processed, reminding me of the service I was no longer using and could not support at that time, I got in touch with customer service and was met with a deeply kind and understanding reply, from Curiosity Stream (thank you Bernadett), which proceeded with a refund and cancelation of my subscription.
I felt seen and appreciated the humanity with which the request was handled, in alignment with the service they provide 🙏🏻
I just did not care for the UI
So I just did not care for the UI, I've had the service for 3 years and only used it for about for about 3 months total. I felt like the documentary selection was pretty poor as well. Great if you watch nothing but WW2 documentaries, but I don't - got enough of that one in high-school. Look if you're old and easily confused this is probably great. As a 26 year old, I can't help but feel like they cut some corners with the UI and it's SIMPLE - but not in a good way. I canceled my service finally and Jessa M. Was able to give me a partial refund. She was so so helpful, I really wanna stress how great the customer service is. The variety of documentaries just isn't worth it for me.
Unusual situation repaired by management.
My situation was different in that I was a subscriber with Telstra TV. They migrated customers to Fetch streaming platform, however Curiositystream disappeared as Fetch does not provide same. Eventually discovered my paid subscription appears on YouTube with a limited viewing experience. I cannot download the app as my smart T.V. is redundant. Curiosity Stream management generously provided a discount until I upgrade my television. This is outstanding service and ensures my loyalty to this excellent channel.
