My appointment/review was scheduled however on the day a no show from the clinician. Emailed support who told me to call to make a further appointment or I will be charged for it. Call was never answered. Seems to be a lack of staff being supplied to deal with support. This is not a cheap service. Support needs to be staffed accordingly.
Edit..... I have replied are you still unable to identify me.

In the beginning I had such a wonderful experience with curaleaf I’d of recommended far & wide & I’m gutted it didn’t stay that way. My interactions with the doctors at curaleaf have been nothing but wonderful & my only positive takeaway, I’m incredibly grateful for their extensive knowledge & understanding & the ease that had on the experience & it’s sad that the running of the clinic doesn’t reflect that. Unfortunately the issues have grown & grown over the last year & all it’s done is deplete my remaining scraps of energy & become an absolute hassle. My prescriptions - supposed to be automatically issued every 28 days just stopped, requesting medication isn’t made a simple process in itself & one I shouldn’t have to be undertaking almost every month either, additionally to that the sporadic dispatch means I have to start rationing prescriptions to prevent being left weeks without which only causes a worsening of previously managed symptoms. ‘Patient support’ is a humorous title, you’d think we were talking about pick & mix not a medication managing debilitating & life limiting illnesses, there is no understanding or care shown to the substantial impact all of this has. The repeated bombardment of being asked for reviews & to fill out questionnaires, from a medical clinic feels really gross, especially considering the ‘support’ - or lack thereof being provided. Naively & a decision I greatly regret, I tried to stick with the clinic, partly because I’m not well enough to deal with more hassle of trying to transfer elsewhere, but being left another two months without a prescription issued, a refusal to answer basic questions regarding allergies to new ingredients - implemented immediately with no warning & the drastic decline in my physical & subsequently mental health as a result meant I’ve finally moved to another clinic who were appalled by the mention of repeated difficulties & I hope can provide a more positive experience going forward. We are human beings just trying to survive facing enough difficulty, I’ve left the clinic feeling like a wallet & completely brushed aside, rather than a patient receiving care. I sincerely hope nobody else has to experience the same issues & the detrimental impact it has on their health & it can improve for all patients going forward.

After my request link expired, I needed to call the pharmacy in order to place my order. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lynn who was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the entire process extremely simple and fast. It was a lovely interaction.

I ordered and paid for my cannabis prescription 4 weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for Curaleaf to fulfil my prescription. Spoke with a couple of agents via phone & live chat and they were really arrogant and not helpful at all. Was asked to send proof of payment, which I have forwarded email confirmation and a copy of my credit card statement - but now they are saying that payment has never been made.
I’ve now started the process of leaving Curaleaf and joining another more professional pharmacy.
STAY WELL AWAY FROM CURALEAF

It’s great with with an easy process that runs smoothly no problems so far within a year and a half. Only gripe is the price is going up and I would make it easier to change strains quicker when required as you do build up immunity to the same strains quite quick.

Booked my initial appointment within 6 days, approved 6 hours after seeing the doctor then medication prescribed and dispatched the next day and received the following day. No faults!

I used the clinic about 1 or 2 years ago in order to manage a chronic pain condition. I’ve eventually decided that medicating every day was not for me. A month and a half ago I hooked an appointment as I was going through a very difficult family situation. I told the doctor that I needed the prescription just for 1 month and asap, she acknowledged that. The prescription came promptly with an email saying that it was sent to the pharmacy and I shouldn’t contact them until they contact me. More than 10 working days past, I contact the pharmacy and they told me they never received my prescription. I reach out to the clinic and they don’t respond for 4 days, even though I told them again about the urgency in my situation. When they finally responded they refused to take accountlabiltiy for sending me a generic letter that had wrong instructions in it. I told them I do not have the time to order anymore as I am moving away to a different country (same thing I told the doctor, that’s why there was urgency) and I would like to request a refund. They refused to and then started to threaten me that if I ask for a chargeback from my bank they will block me from ordering again. Awful customer service, stay away!
