I could understand where this may work.If you're on a one on one date like at your house or a car. But if you're outside or in a bar or a restaurant where there's a multitude of smells, forget, it. Also, you need to make sure that you are not allergic to.Any of the ingredients cause it does cause a multitude of reactions from skin to extreme aggression.

Company claims customer service who cares. They had no customer service. Only way to reach out is by email. I got the same exact email twice just with a different woman's name on it. I made the order 03/23/26, pretty sure I was scammed, especially after emailing the company and not getting an actual response. I just recieved them today 4/11/26, 20 days later. The site says they ship in 1-2 days and the delivery for standard is 3-5days. They shipped from Arizona I live in Louisiana.
I reached out to them to cancel my order a day after I ordered cause some personal stuff happened where I financially needed all the money I got and some so I was like this wasn't important let me cancel I know it'll take some days to get refunded but alright ill manage. So I reach out via email it clearly is a pre-done email literally has a banner around the font. Saying its already been picked and ready to ship so days go by still nothing. I go onto their website and you can literally put in your info for your order and see the process it hadn't even been picked yet and this is now 7 business days after my initial purchase 9 days since my email to cancel and refund.
So I screen shot all of it, the process, their website where it says 1-2 days shipment, and the 3-5 day delivery. And emailed them again. 2 days later I get the same exact email saying your orders been pulled we cant deliver the same exact email as the 1st one but with a different females name. I just gave up accepted I probably been scammed. Luckily they did come in but I dont even wanna bother returning at this point with how terrible the service is.
I ended up opening it, the smell is strong and smells like straight up sweet vanilla, smells good but smells like a woman's perfume. Yet I see these reviews saying the opposite so pretty sure they pay people or fake their own reviews.
Never again ordering from this company.

I have been charged without even making a purchase, I put in my card info to see how much tax was going to be and how much I'd be actually getting charged, then I backed out because I didn't want the product, and they charged me three times for $127.17, it overdrafted my account, I don't want the product, and I want a refund, I'd like to speak with a representative ASAP

I would give no stars if possible. Smells like perfume. Girlfriend doesn't care either way, she definitely didn't get all excited. Watch a ton of adds trying to hook you into more half ass crap. Automatically puts you on a subscription, even though I looked it over before ordering. There was no such notice or anything. They lie and tell you it's their policy to specifically work in your favor. Giving you time to decide if you want to keep getting it. I absolutely didn't want a subscription, period. They can take their "policy" and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Scam scam scam. Do not order from these unscrupulous people! Buyer beware!!!!!!!

I accidentally ordered way too many bottles. So i emailed them and was surprised how quickly they responded and the issue was resolved nicely. I still ended up with four scents that all smell amazing. I gifted a bottle to a buddy and both of our gfs absolutely love it. I think ignite might be my favorite. Great cologne and great customer service. You guys are doing good work

Good luck receiving your product! I placed an order, on Feb 7th, for the Cupids V3 product. It seemed to ship quickly, then stalled in Newark, CA on the 12th. After a few days of no movement, I reached out to Cupids Support @ their support email address. The 1st response was literally the individual, Chelsea, responding with my tracking number and a link to where I could receive tracking information. As if I did no have that already. When I explained that I clearly was able to find the tracking information, I received some nonsense about how this could happen, with the shipper (Amazon Logistics), but not to worry. Later, I received another email telling me that it was still on time, and even though shipments are usually "4-7 business days (Potential Extended Delivery Times 8-12 business days". I gave it a few days, and checked again, still no movement. I finally reached back out and received the following responses:
"Hello Jasen,
I can see how important this is to you.
Please be advised that once a package is with our shipping partners, we no longer have direct control over the exact delivery date or time.
Due to a high volume of orders, carriers may experience delays in scanning packages into their system. Current weather conditions may also be impacting transit times.

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to open a new ticket — we’re always happy to help!

How about reaching out to the company Cupid's has decided to contract with, no doubt with the focus on keeping its bottom line as low as possible, because it sure as hell was not a customer satisfaction driven decision, and find out WTH is happening with this shipment. As opposed to suggesting that I wait, even longer, before the company that sold the product pretends to be even remotely concerned. Oh, and respectfully, I thought I asked that your next correspondence have a little less of the "we don't give a F" tone to it.

I have received no response since. It is extremely clear this company's primary focus is far from customer service, or satisfaction. Purchase at your own risk.
UPDATE:
Apparently, they have identified an issue with their shipping partner. What does that mean for their customers? Nothing.. just a longer wait period...(see below)

Received an email, this morning, that they were sending out another shipment and that I should receive it in 5-7 days. However, I have not seen any new tracking information, yet. My belief is that they are just trying to buy a little more time so they do not have to refund my original purchase. Will update.
