Roberta was an excellent agent. She helped plan 14 days in Italy for our family tour group of 18 persons - excursions were planned for each day. All coordination was spot on as planned and described.

The selected tour guides and coach drivers ranged from good to excellent - most were excellent.

I will single out one particular driver who went above and beyond. For family history reasons we scheduled a day trip from Bologna to Cento. Nothing was easy and there was very little tourism infrastructure. Our driver whom I knew only as Massimo spoke some English and he became our interpreter, tour guide and advocate so that we could see all the family landmarks. With Massimo’s help,!that day was as special as we’d hoped it would be.

Accommodations were typically good. The booking was not very transparent so I cannot claim the accommodations were worth what we paid. On a few occasions the preselected rooms were not available when we arrived, in these cases the hotel management would upgrade us.

Cultrual Italy, through Marcella Lucenti, arranged a truly beautiful and specutacular trip to Italy for us. We spent a fantastic three weeks. We began in Milan, went to Cinque Terre, then Tuscany (including Florence, Chianti and Siena), then Naples (including Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi and Ravelo) and then Sicily (Siracusa, Noto and Taormina). The pacing of the trip was magnificent -- we never felt as if we were being rushed or that we had to stick to any particular schedule. Marcella arranged wonderful guides for private tours in each city/region, along with awesome wine tours and excellent hotels. A couple of times along the way, we discovered new things to try, and Marcella jumped right in (from San Diego) and made them happen. We couldn't be more pleased and we really can't wait to call Marcella for another Italian adventure.

Accommodations, local guides and drivers were all outstanding. Timely, informative, friendly best describe every local contact. Well done to Cultural Italy!!!

Cultural Italy was a great choice. Our agent, Luana, was very knowledgeable, particularly when it came to hotel choices with respect to their location and amenities offered. She arranged for private transfers from airports to hotel and train stations and it made the trip less stressful for us. The negatives on the trip we encountered were mostly unavoidable, i.e., massive crowds of tourists that delayed tours despite the no waiting in lines tickets. My advice would be to arrange for private one-on-one tour guides if you can afford it. Luana also made herself available when needed and was very responsive to my many emails.

Roberta was absolutely wonderful helping us plan our trips to Italy. Her knowledge and advice were so helpful. We stayed at places and did things we would never have found on our own.

We couldn't have been happier with the service we received - both in setting up our trip and the actual outcome! The packet we received prior to leaving contained all the information we needed each day. I have told everyone that I talk to they need to use this service when traveling in Italy.. Emanuela was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and the!n made it happen

Pia was an amazing "tour guide" for our trip to Italy. She had many suggestions to make our trip great and all were good. The selection/location of hotels was perfect for walking and touring.
The private tour guide we had in Rome made the trip unique to us.

We were thrilled with our very knowledgable and personable guides. Our accommodations and transportation in Italy were fantastic. Commmunication with Cultural Italy was excellent. We did need 5-star, not 4-star accomodations to get top hotels.

Emanuella was fantastic and scheduled our trip perfectly.

I can not say enough about Cultural Italy and Pia our Italy Travel Designer. She made sure every detail was planned and executed flawlessly. I have driven in Italy previously but never in Rome and would not ever want to drive in Rome. We opted for a private car and it was wonderful. She made sure we went to all the best destinations and was a dream trip of a lifetime for my wife and I. If we go again, I would use Cultural Italy again without hesitation.

Cultural Italy made my dream come true! Everything my daughter and I wished for, CI made happen. The cooking classes were amazing - such wonderful teachers and interesting locations. Everything was taken care of and we did not experience one moment of disappointment the entire trip. Cannot say enough good things!

Everything worked out perfectly. The hotels were perfect, the transportation was perfect and the tours were perfect. I would definitely use Cultural Italy again and I would recommend them to friends and family. We asked for an upscale, personalized tour of Italy and we got it.
