There is never a doubt that Ciao Italy has my back and my clients. They know how to match wants and needs, pay attention to the details, and are very knowledgeable.

Ciao Italy does everything well. I have been trusting them with my custom Italy vacations for the past 35 years.
Guido is very accommodating. Tina answers all the questions I may ask her and Sindi, I am extremely impressed with. Every detail is precise, transfers, tour guides, hotel choices Ciao Italy recommends. I would be lost without this Company on my Italy trips.
I recently had two separate families, with children, on custom tours. I always check a few days into the trip with the clients to make certain all is going well.

We had the most amazing time in Italy! From the moment we stepped off the plane, everything was seamless—a chauffeur was waiting with a sign to greet us, which set the tone for the entire trip.
From a stunning sunset golf cart tour through Rome, to wine tasting and pizza-making experiences, to exploring the Cathedral and the Colosseum, every moment was unforgettable. We loved the gondola rides in Venice and touring the beautiful city of Florence—each destination was more breathtaking than the last.
This truly was a trip of a lifetime. From the incredible food to the beautiful hotels and outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. Ciao Italy did an exceptional job planning every detail.
We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning our next trip to Southern Italy this August—and we wouldn’t think of traveling with anyone other than Ciao Italy.

Rome is spectacular!! St Peter's Basilica is a must see. The only problem was the tour was not long enough for my family. There is just so much to ponder and view. We understand that there is a time frame but there just wasn't enough time to look and review all the Magnificent beauty! Christmas eve mass was a breathtaking experience with the Pope and others! If we had additional time, we would go back to experience not only the same pieces of art but even more that we were not able to review and reflect on.

Our trip to Italy was a trip of a lifetime! We arrived on Christmas Day, and it was such a special time to be in Rome. We stayed at the Palazzo Navona Hotel. We were centrally located near most of the monuments. They were only minutes away, and we felt completely safe. We rented a car to go visit family a few hours away from Rome, and the rental was seamless. All the tours we did were very personalized for the four of us. Each guide spoke very good English, were quite knowledgeable of the history of each site, and took the time to answer all our questions. When we return to Rome, we will DEFINITELY use Ciao Italy Tours again!

Our vacation was amazing thanks to Ciao Italy. Every day was something special, the tour guides were nothing less than perfect!! The hotels in Matera and Lecce were magnificent, food tastings were definitely a highlight of our vacation. Would highly recommend, not a single complaint!
