Shocking services
Shocking services, sent debt collectors.
I had an account with Culligan who chased for invoices and refused to credit bottles. paid in full, but they sent to a debt collection service. Avoid at all costs, shocking service. In response to there reply, I have sent an email to customerservice but I received a bounce back message, the shocking service keeps getting worse. Supply a number and deal with the issues, not response from Abdul in accounts
Update on Friday 24th July, I have called and emailed my contact and NO call back and no response to my email? I have been told they are busy and find it hard to keep up with there emails. I will be sending my own letter before action letter next week and looking to add my own costs.

Stephen Webster is a great delivery driver!
We regularly have smooth deliveries with Culligan on a rolling basis. We have never had any issues with the delivery drivers and had a particularly friendly one recently - Stephen Webster. He was on time and we had a great chat as he was delivering our water and he handled the delivery very well.

Fantastic assistance
When I raised this query I wasn't especially happy but Samuir (Rahman) was patient when my responses weren't always prompt, offered recompense rather than waiting to be asked and was extremely helpful overall. The conclusion being that the issues I'd experienced were resolved and I felt Samuir went over and above to help me.

Appalling customer service - engineer failed to arrive three times without notice
We have had an office water cooler for nearly five years and have paid our rental and service premium monthly without fail. The water cooler has now been broken for two weeks, and on three occasions we have been told an engineer was on their way - yet each day, due to "no parking", "unforeseen circumstances" and similar excuses, no engineer has arrived. The customer care consultants have been unhelpful both on the phone and over email. I still have no idea when we will get any help for a service we have been paying for consistently, and when you actually need a technician it's an uphill battle. Extremely disappointed with Culligan.

Company is let down by the accounts team
Account set up in November 2025 and only the first invoice has been correct. The cost of the bottles of water on the second invoice was over £11 more than the agreed price and the third invoice is over £17 more per bottle. Still waiting to hear back from them after nearly 3 weeks. No issues with the delivery team but the accounts team are a joke!
