It is my great pleasure to write this review for Mr Thomas Goodchild, Senior Property Coordinator, whose professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service have been outstanding throughout our dealings.

Since Thomas took over the management of my property, I have had the privilege of experiencing a level of service that has consistently exceeded my expectations. He has always dealt with every concern raised by my tenants promptly, efficiently, and with genuine care. The speed with which he responds and resolves issues has been truly remarkable.

Thomas takes great pride in his role and approaches every matter with professionalism, integrity, and determination. No matter how challenging the situation, he remains calm, proactive, and solution-focused. It is reassuring to know that he is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome.

His professionalism was particularly evident in July 2026, when my local council incorrectly applied a 100% Council Tax premium to my property after it was mistakenly classified as furnished. Thomas immediately took ownership of the matter and, within just one day, obtained all the documentation and evidence required by the Council's Revenue Office. Through his prompt action and well-prepared correspondence, the Council reviewed the case and removed the incorrect 100% premium.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding support Thomas provided during what was a very stressful situation. His commitment, efficiency made all the difference.

Thomas is a tremendous asset to your organisation, and I have no doubt that he has a very bright and successful career ahead of him in the property industry. Professionals of his calibre are rare to find, and his dedication to delivering excellent service deserves the highest recognition.

Pulborough staff Jo and Paul were exceptionally very good . They kept us updated and gave a warm welcome in office and on site at a property. They were very empathetic to our situation. Julie was great at progressing the sale of my house and being the communication link between myself and the purchasers. The sale of my house went smoothly.

My partner and I rented through cubitt and west.
Safe to say we did not have a smooth experience due to the landlord of the property.
Thankfully, we had an incredible property manager who dealt with us and supported us through the entire process.
We do not think we could have gotten through the time without our property manager.
He would always reply as quickly as he could and he made it his priority to get us answers when needed.
Safe to say Marc steels is an amazing property manager and he made the difficult situations much better.
We always felt supported and listened to.

Alia is excellent at her job. She is very helpful in finding out answers to any questions one has and lets one know the exact situation with whatever properties one is interested in. She makes you feel that your interest in any property by calling the company is very much appreciated and thus appreciation works both ways.

Zoey from the North End office helped us with the sale of a probate property and was excellent. We had no hesitation in instructing her again to sell our rental property. Zoey and her team, Jasmine, Lilly and Vincent, were always available to answer any questions, kept us up to date with everything and were very supportive. The sale was quick and stress-free. Once an offer had been made, Julie made sure to keep us updated at each stage of the conveyancing process.

I have just completed the sale of my flat with Cubitt & West and have had a great experience throughout. What really stood out was how motivated and proactive the team were in generating viewings and securing offers. My flat sold within just six days of going on the market.
Since then, the process has been smooth, with excellent communication and guidance from the sales progressor, Julie Bramble, who made the experience far less stressful (thank you, Julie!).
A special mention also to Maddison for providing all the information we needed when signing with Cubitt & West, as well as Zoey, Jasmine, Libby and the rest of the team who have worked hard to help me and my partner find suitable properties for our onward purchase. Had great experience dealing with Tom H from Cubitt & West. Tom is an absolute star, while staying very professional he treats me with respect and humanity. I feel at ease dealing with him and would highly recommend him.

I have three flats which are managed by Cubitt & West. My main points of contact have been Thomas and Tom. We have had numerous quite complicated issues recently at two flats in particular.

Great experience being helped through by Julie Bramble. Very professional kept me up to date and pushed my solicitors to get things done. A credit to the lady. Thank you Julie.

We had Julie as our sales progressor and she was amazing. We had some troubles in the chain and she was chasing and sitting on hold for 12 minutes refusing to be palmed off until she spoke with someone to resolve the issues. She was speaking with everyone, pushing them to exchange and complete on time. We honestly could not have done it without her!

I previously wrote a review about this company when their salesman came to take on the property. His name is Robin. He had been very polite and promised excellence Service - two years down the line having had a tenant with them, they did not do their management checks, the tenant has completely destroyed the house to the tune of £8000 ( their own contractors) and they are the worst agent ever. Do not use this agent for your lettings they take your money and they treat your property with complete disregard. Service is appalling and although their salesman was lovely, he is just the front man for the business and the background is absolutely appalling.

Very helpful people, kept me well informed, found two potential buyers and not their fault that both fell through. Doing business with them was always a pleasure not a chore.

Rented a place from them some 10 months ago and it has been appalling service from the start.
Everything I complained about was answered with -"it was in that state when you agreed to take it on".
Plumbing is a huge problem but apparently I need to use less toilet paper?
No water pressure so washing machine wouldn't fill and only sorted out 7 months into the tenancy.
Back fence broken and leaning onto the railway line.
Landlord and staff arrogant and rude. And accept no responsibility.
