I’ve been with this agency since 2019

I’ve been with this agency since 2019.

Whilst I’ve had a terrible & traumatising experience with co-tenants (though this is entirely on my own), cubitt & west have assisted me every step of the way.

Whenever questions I needed to ask or advice I needed for letting-related queries, they’ve always been efficient in their response.

Whilst it’s sad that I’ll have to part with the property and their services, a million words could not be enough to express my heartfelt gratitude.

I would like to give a special shoutout to one Tom Hadlow whose the Property Manager in Horsham - he’s been so helpful with every single co-tenant situation, always taking time out of his busy schedule to give me support when needed

Cubitt & West - Service Review

I had a great experience with Cubitt & West Horsham, particularly with Ethan Palmer, who helped me secure my new rental property.

From start to finish, Ethan's communication was excellent. He kept me updated throughout the process, was always clear about timelines and next steps, and made sure I knew what was happening at every stage. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and much easier than I expected.

Ethan and the team were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Cubitt & West Horsham to anyone looking to rent a property, and I'd happily use them again in the future. Thank you for all your help!
