Great customer service experienced this week at the Birkenhead CTD Tiles store. Very helpful, knowledgeable and great advice given. Really good priced deals too. Got a ‘job lot’ package for quality tiles that will look fab in my daughter’s new home. The guys over there were very accommodating and loaded my car too!! Very much appreciated! Thank you!

Above, beyond and not unnoticed
I needed some tiles to match my existing bathroom, the only place that stocked them was here (they were being discontinued). Tim was extremely helpful in holding the last packs for me whilst I arranged a courier, as well as safely packaging and helping facilitate the shipping. Great communication and customer service throughout. The order was small value for CTD, but meant I've not needed to re-tile a whole bathroom, so a huge help for me. Above, beyond and not unnoticed.

Excellent service and products
Excellent service and very pleased with the tiles. Tim and Nick had a great knowledge about all of their tiles and were really helpful to me in picking suitable ones, as well as choosing matching grout, suitable adhesive etc. Tim was particularly patient! Nothing was too much trouble, and I'm delighted with my finished bathroom with their tiles on the floor and walls.

PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. PROVIDED FREE TILE SAMPLE, DELIVERY OF TILES AS SCHEDULED. IT WS FOUND THAT A 'ROGUE' BOX OF TILES WERE UNDER SIZE. BOX REPLACED WITHOUT ISSUE.

Excellent showroom & service
Excellent showroom with lots of choice and some excellent value offers. Staff very professional and helpful without being intrusive. Having visited a couple of other tile shops nearby this was easily the best experience. Would recommend.

Helpful staff, good range, easy delivery to shop
Helpful staff who gave time to look around but would answer questions when needed. Great range of tiles. Delivery to the shop for collection within a few days and a prompt phone call to say when the tiles had arrived. Very happy.

Great experience
Lovely shop to look around, staff don't jump on you as soon as you walk through the door like some places.
Staff where both very polite, offering any help when needed and told us where certain tiles where and the free samples they provide.
We will be back :)

never even heard of this place but happened to see it whilst in tool station, its a hidden gem :). staff were great and very helpful with design ideas and advice.

Fantastic price and staff
I was in today, great selection of tiles at a much better price than surrounding shops. Staff were lovely and very helpful, I'll be returning for all future tile needs

Fantastic service
The guys were great, really helped me visualise and gave tones of insight. Staff even loaded the car for me even struggling with no ramp.

Would recommend this store
Would recommend this store, excellent service and advice, nothing was too much trouble, on first visit young salesman was so helpful that I decided then this is where I was buying my tiles.. They also allowed me to store my tiles on site until I was ready which was much longer than expected. Contacted them today about delivery and again first class service. Very flexible on delivery date to fit in with me. Will definitely use again.

Porcelain Gareden Tiles.
I have recently purchased porcelain tiles for my garden which I am delighted with.
Not really knowing where to start I found all the staff to be very helpful.
Stewart went out of his way to explain exactly what I needed and organised my order.
I would recommend both the product and the customer service to any of my friends and family without hesitation.

We won’t go anywhere else.
Stew and Mike who work in the Birkenhead branch have always been super helpful. They actually helped us design our downstairs loo by pairing tiles, grout and trim together for us. Something we would have never have picked but we love it. We come here every time now for our tiles.
