exceptional advice from one of your colleagues, I think his name was Tommy (I’m sorry if that’s wrong)
But I was looking for adhesive and wasn’t aware there were so many but he advised me on what would be best fitting for the job, for a young lad I was surprised at his knowledge & customer service.

Darran and Dan at the Basingstoke store…the Chuckle Brothers.
Darran and Dan at the Basingstoke store should be on television as a double act. They are hilarious in a really good customer service way. Their knowledge and professional approach is exemplary, and they make you smile. Always ready ready to offer knowledge support to those of us that are hard of learning or have pre conceived ideas about products and methods of installation. They are a credit to themselves and the CTD. Well done and thank you.

The best service not only for me but every customer of mine I send there always say the same thing to me “the guys were so patient and helpful” Darren, Dan and Arron nothing is ever too much trouble for them I’ve used this Ctd for the past few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
