Igor is an absolute rockstar in the heat pump world and was very helpful with all of our questions.
We are looking forward to fitting some CTC units in the not too distant future.

Easy communication on great advice

The training was extremely informative. We had Heat Pump Installers & Design Engineers attending the course & both found the information provided & course extremely useful.

Spoke to technical today multiple times everytime was full of helpful information and subsequently we have a fully operational heat pump again. Spot on

Igor haas been a great help with several issues that we have had and always go's the extra mile. Jake has also been great at answering any technical queations and they are always readily available at the end of the phone.

A great brand with an impressive range of heat pumps available. The controller interface is very user friendly and by far my favourite on the market. The heat pumps are very easy to install, maintain and very reliable with minimal issues. When needed the technical support has been great, all involved are very knowledgeable, easily contactable and supportive. Spares are always readily available and sent out very quick. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish with great products and superb customer service.

Sought some advice on our GSHP and had the pleasure of Igor visiting, educating us on the workings of the pump and changing settings to work more efficiently. Post visit, Igor followed up on numerous occasions to check all working well and answered any further questions I had. I only have positive things to say about Igor - superb customer service.

Great Technical support team , they really know their products , have great uk stock of spare parts when required , though the CTC product range is so reliable it rarely goes wrong .
I would say the most reliable heat pump brand I have worked with .

CTC UK really came up trumps for us on our Ground source heat pump enquiry.
Our installer (Yorkshire Renewable Energy Solutions) highly recommended CTC due to efficiencies and noise output of the unit, and we have not been disappointed.

On final day of install CTC UK came to site with Yorkshire Renewable and helped them commission our system to make sure it was all running ok.

System has now been in place just over a year and is heating our home perfectly. I had some questions regarding the controller, and CTC UK answered the phone promptly to help us. I would not hesitate to recommend CTC to anyone.
