I've been with CTA for over a decade now and have always been happy with their service and advice - it's second to none.

CTA are fantastic! I contacted CTA to help with some IT issues for the charity I work for, and I have been blown away with their customer service, attention to detail and passion for the job!

Called for some advice and to enquire of service recently. Spoke to Will, he was so helpful and educated, answered all my questions and just overall a really lovely experience! Would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

After trying to fix software problems myself which made matters worse, I contacted CTA Systems and spoke to Will Howell who had no problem fixing everything and at a great price too. Wish I had called a lot earlier .

sorry for the late review. Contacted Will as I hadn't used my laptop in a while due to it needing updating but not enough space on it. Will looked at it and confirmed it was something he was able to rectify for me, I dropped off, he contacted me with what needed to be done and a price. although it did take longer due the covid 19 crisis i am totally happy with the work done and he was very polite and friendly. Will also said when ready to invest in new laptop to contact him and he will advise on which to purchase.

What a guy, totally saved my life after a an old machine of mine gave up over night I thought I had lost all photos, videos and documents. This guy made it sound a piece of cake to recover it all, oh my God was he right he has since recommend what machine to get which he has fully set up for me, in my words the guy is a legend who has done some boss work for me

we recently migrated office systems to office 365 and will was on hand to ensure the transition went smoothly. all went well and workflow not interrupted at all. would recommend.

after my laptop completely died I was mortified thinking I had lost all of my coursework and photos, I took it to a local shop first who's first response was can we wipe it! absolutely not was my reply and off I went with my laptop! I contacted CTA and over the phone Will from CTA gave me 3 possible options as to what as wrong, within a day he came to my place of work pulled my laptop apart and rescued all of my data - I also gave him another laptop to take away which he has also repaired back to working order - Couldn't be happier with CTA, great customer service, great price and knows his stuff - Highly recommend and will be using in the future

Excellent service from CTA Systems rang Thursday and my Computer was fixed and running the next day, with a new processor fan. Would highly recommend Wil Howell

Will did an SSD upgrade, memory upgrade and Will suggested I get a new 24” monitor. My PC is now working much better, is a lot faster and the text on the screen is much more visible. I can highly recommend Will as a very knowledgeable and trustworthy IT professional.
