There are 20 people in line waiting for vitals at the Evansville location. Only two or three of all the workers are efficient. This place has awful customer service. I don't recommend coming here.

Stealing your information

After Taking down my personal information and I mean personal.
Coming back 3 times Because they kept messing up my intake. At the very last minute they told me. I couldn't donate because I had used drugs seventeen years Prior to trying to donate. So basically the took down all my personal, very personal information.
After they already knew that I was an ex Drug user Just to deny me after they collect it all my information. I feel like it's a scam. There's no need for that much information to be known about person just to give blood. Something else going on. In after talking to a few Other people Who got very sick after donating, one has Hep B now and another contracted HIV after donating just two times. So I am thankful now that I wasn't able to go through with it. I still don't like the thought of that company having so much personal information about myself or other people, who knows what it's really doing with all that collected information. BEWARE

Unprofessional and deceiving

They promise a certain amount of $ but it is their discretion on if they allow you to donate day to day so it's not guaranteed.

This place's nurses bruised my arm last draw and then turned me away due to the bruising they caused the next time I came in. They cost me time and money as I left work early and none of the lengthy paperwork warns that they may bruise you and then turn you away. The same amount of bruising happened as the last intervel of donating yet this time the alleged "nurse" who determined it was unsure so he turned me away.

I tried talking to management and they just brushed me off like I was another number. There was no attempt at a resolution. This place is full of drug users and nurses who can't draw blood consistently well. Be warned! (The photo is of the "bruise")

Check in at Dover

Check in at Dover, DE is very quick, the problem is the wait from check in to getting on a bed! Many empty beds, 4-6 ladies standing around talking or slowly moving about. Take one donor at a time to put on a bed and start them call he next. Why aren’t the beds filled, ladies all prepare pt for donation, the have the one person who sticks walk around and insert needle and tape! It takes about 5 min to check in, approx 40 min to donate, the rest of the 2 + hour time in the center is waiting in line to be put on a bed and hooked up. Rediculous on the wait! Just not organized! Need someone to move the pts alone and keep it moving! I drive 45 min from Milton DE, and only having one person to stick all pts is ludicrous!!!!!open a center near Ellendale / Milford area please!!!!

Thumbs Up Service DD!

I’ve been coming to the CSL in Hazel Crest twice a week, and Deidra, the head phlebotomist, is a huge reason why I keep coming back. She is incredibly kind and always welcomes me with a genuine smile, which sets such a positive tone for the visit. Not only is she an expert at her job, but she also takes the time to give great recovery advice after I donate. It’s clear she truly cares about the donors. Highly recommend her!

Great Staff- CSL New Hope MN

From beginning to current donation , of which I have donated 143 times, The professionalism and knowledge of the staff at the New Hope Mn site is very impressive. For the amount of donations they process everyday I have witnessed an environment of respect and curtesy for one another between all coworkers. One gentleman, Memphis, exhibits such leadership and respect to his team of phlebotomists that I honestly said “wow, what a great guy.” As far as the donation experience I feel well attended to and the process takes roughly 35 minutes or less virtually pain free- I highly recommend visiting the New Hope CSL donation center.

Bad experience, scarred for life

Completed plasma donation in Clifton, NJ location on 7/2025 and fainted face first in the sidewalk. Was injured and hospitalized for hours, I incurred a a tooth with 2 chips, another tooth scrapped, another tooth partially came out the socket which I snapped back in and $12,000 worth of damage to my face. I provided documentation. I contacted manager Kimberly Perry and she refused to give me insurance info to make a claim and now is ghosting me. Do not go unless you have money for possible consequences! Bad experience! They are not making this right. I will continue to advise people not to go.

CSL Vancouver Declining

The csl vancouver Washington has gone downhilI. I just got back from traveling there is no sense of urgency and most of their machines are broken and they are always understaffed. I went traveling for a couple of months the one in Elyria Ohio is way better seems to have people that work more urgently but still understaffed. Both places always just have maybe 2 people doung vitals and 1 person on main floor sticking. The best one I have been too so far Fort Wayne Indiana they are more efficient have 4 people doing vitals and have three sections on main floor where there are at least 20!machines working and they do not stand around like the people in Vancouver CSL.

Slow staff

Slow staff. Not proper staffing. Not properly trained staff. Huge waiting time with no urgency. Been here over 2 hours with no wait for beds. Now I get to see the doctor for a small bruise they caused. I’ve donated with way worse bruising.

Another bad day at screening

Another bad day at screening. Came in at 315 ,3 people in line. Now 354, 2 people ahead of me and 8 people behind me. People on break in the middle of the day and everyone in line wondering what the heck is going on.
Typical here at this location.

JAI THE LIAR- Las Vegas Horror Show

JAI THE LIAR- I have donated at CSL in 3 States over 7 years over 500 donations. WORST PLACE EVER! I was threatened by a 25 year old young black man because I would not let him cut in line. Then the screener called him by name without looking at the screen and let him go before me she knew him. JAI LIED and said that people said I threatened him yeah a 60 year old is going to threaten a 25 year old right. The place is 90% people of color as far as employees and donors and if you are white they will side with the person of color and kick you out. Jai LIED to my face multiple times. I have not had any race issues here before vut the second someone whispers they are thinner and will finish donating before me and will kick my ass outside I get called the agressor and banned from the facility. The Manager Jai is not even from this center. If you are white you may not have any problems but if you ever do count on the staff and employees to make you look like the bad guy and ban you. I will be complaining to corporate.

Has gone to hell

Has gone to hell, it's ridiculously getto now, the one in Edison, NJ. Utter disregard for clients' time. Completely unprofessional. I mean the staff in reception. The phlebotomists in the bay are fine. The app is worthless, and they close without warning.
