Scam site, keep asking for extra KYC and then refuse to send the money back.

I currently have multiple bets on CSGOLuck that have not been settled for several days.

One bet has already been under review for over 6 days and now another bet is also not being settled.

Support says they are waiting for a provider update, but the match results are already public. I would appreciate if this issue could be resolved soon.

Had a 2k+ bet payout due for an esport bet, took 11 days to get paid out. Main staff on discord ghosted and muted me for 24 hours, never responded, site support had no updates or helpful information for me throughout the entire time. Blamed it on their 3rd party bet provider and said they were helpless to change anything for me. Ended up getting the payout eventually and successfully withdrew, but many on chat and discord have complained of recent issues and withdraw struggles, just to have their messages deleted. Legit for now but a struggle to work with.

They have refused to payout a 10k win for a gold vip player, I have been banned off the platform.

I used to love CSGOLuck a very fun site and I've played there about a year as well as get my friends stream partnerships.

Unfortunately recently I won 12,000 from a 50 Euro depo... I say unfortunately because as soon as I did suddenly my account becomes unverified and they've spent 2-3 days not allowing me to withdraw. Mind you I never had issues withdrawing before.

Delaying the payout to try to make me gamble more is all I can think of what they are doing.

As I said no issues before but if you win big they'll use anythign and everything to block you withdrawing as such unfortunately a site I use monthly is now not going to get any use from me.

Misleading bonus terms – impossible to withdraw despite completing wager

I used a daily free bonus on this CS2 gambling site and built it from 0.76 coins to ~200 coins in the bonus wallet. The bonus details clearly stated that I needed to complete a 45x wagering requirement in order to withdraw.

I fully completed the 45x wager as instructed. After doing so, my bonus wallet still showed ~200 coins. When I attempted to withdraw, I was only credited 11 coins (≈ $7 USD).

Support then claimed that I was not a high enough account level to withdraw the bonus — something that is NOT disclosed anywhere in the bonus details. They referenced buried terms and conditions that were never presented at the time of accepting the bonus.

This is extremely misleading. All requirements to withdraw a bonus should be clearly stated in the bonus description itself, not hidden elsewhere and introduced only after the wager is completed.

I met every condition that was shown to me and still couldn’t withdraw what I earned. This feels intentionally deceptive and designed to make bonuses effectively unwinnable.

Site turned odd in the recent years, battles seem off and their dailies turned into pennies so not even worth unless you gambled a few extra 100k. Whoever coded Jackpot is weird cause a guy who pulled 1 while everyone else pulled between 50-100 had barely a difference in the chance of winning. Their community is nothing but people begging for their daily codes but u could probably ignore that if u don't care to interact with it.

I tried out CSGOLuck and honestly, it was a really disappointing experience. The odds on this site feel extremely low – even when you actually manage to win something decent from a case, you don’t get the skin itself. Instead, the site just adds some balance to your account. That takes away the excitement of winning since you never actually receive the item you played for.

It also feels like the whole system is designed to drain your money slowly. The so-called “wins” are usually just small amounts that keep you spinning, while anything that looks valuable is basically out of reach. Compared to other CS:GO gambling sites, this one just feels unrewarding and frustrating.

Overall, I would not recommend CSGOLuck at all. The odds are terrible, the rewards aren’t real skins, and it just doesn’t deliver a fair or fun experience. If you’re looking for a genuine CS:GO skin site, I’d suggest staying away from this one.

My account got suspended without any warning or explanation. I've been using it daily, but now they dont reply, it's impossible to reach them. My account was pretty high level as well, so I've spent quite a bit of time and money there. It's such a bummer.
