I put in 50 dollars and gambled my way…
I put in 50 dollars and gambled my way up to 1400. I then went back down to 750 points. I then tried to withdraw skins. after setting the filter to show skins 0-750 the skins greyed out and the page just kept loading. I received a notification that just said "error" with nothing following. After typing to the chat bot it kept asking for a code or message associated with the error notification which there was none. I then tried to withdraw my funds via bitcoin but only got a notification from CSFAST and not coinbase. I thought I had gotten scammed because the bot was just giving generic AI responses. Martin then joined the chat and reassured me that they do not scam and that my transfer had been completed and to wait for the funds to appear. After 30 minutes I received 489 USD in bitcoin. If people are getting "scammed" they probably did something dumb. I'm putting 5/5 stars because I did receive my funds but if I wasn't proactive and didn't use my brain I probably would not be able to figure out how to withdraw my winnings

SCAM SITE! Holding my balance for 6 months!!!!!
I deposited my skins there and won around $600, everything went smooth until I wanted to withdraw. They wanted me to provide ID and some other proofs (KYC). I did everything, then they said they need to wait for "security department" and it has been like that for over 6 months and I still haven't got my money! I saw similar posts like this, so probably they do this to a lot of people

I got scammed on CSGOFAST
More than three months later, I still can't withdraw my winnings. When I ask support for information, a bot keeps repeating the same message over and over since November 2025. I'm now certain this site is a scam; don't deposit anything on this site because if you win, you won't be able to collect your winnings. CSGOFAST doesn't even know what excuse to give me anymore, except to wait without any further information. I got scammed; don't get scammed yourself.

Sites a scam. Paid for 100 fast coins and never received anything. Support will not respond to anything I send them. Stay away from this site.
Update: I finally got my deposit but the site is so dysfunctional, I couldn't even complete a case battle. Was in the middle of one against the bot (which I was winning) and a "technical error" came up cancelling the battle... Of course the battle gets cancelled when I'm winning... happened twice. The third battle finally was able to finish and of course, I lose by an insane margin. They'll also ban you from chat when complaining about the technical issue. This is the WORST case site on the internet. SCAM

Also, the Support Team would never ban a user like that, especially when they need help with an issue. Scam site. You won't be able to withdraw if you win big, they'll say they need to do more verifications. I asked them to ban my account and they keep unbaning me which is not legal in england (where they have their offices). They are not listed and they say they are, so probably just a front to scam people. Be aware.

Withdrawal of €260 pending since November 17. Verification confirmed, but support keeps replying that they are “waiting for the security department” with no explanation or timeline. After mentioning this issue in the global chat, my message was deleted and I was banned from the global chat instead of receiving assistance. Funds are still blocked

Basically got scammed
Deposited a skin worth 150£, ran the balance up to 1500 credits, worth around 900£ and they wouldnt let me withdraw. live chat kept stalling until the trade hold period ended so i couldnt get my knife back, then started asking for multiple photos of my id and me stood in front of my pc which i sent, then they wouldnt let me withdraw and kept requesting more info. i then rage gambled it all away. 0/10 do not use this site lol, infact dont gamble skins at all crypto casinos exist for a reason. im also 99% sure they have bots playing on their website to make it look more active than it is

They blocked me for no reason at all.
To begin... I always deposit my money, play, and withdraw it before leaving. I don't like leaving money on these platforms.
Given that, I received a message saying I was using the platform for exchange operations, which is absurd. But okay, I said I understood their point and that I would avoid constantly withdrawing/depositing.
After that, I sent my referral link to a friend who started playing CSGO. I have one referral link, but I can't withdraw the balance because they say you need at least 5. Okay.
Given that, all hell broke loose. They keep finding problems. They claimed I should wager double my deposit because I had made too many deposits/withdrawals. Fine, I was playing, and at the same time, they notified my friend that he should send his documents, and so far nothing. At the same moment, they notified me too. So I sent a photo of myself, a photo of my ID next to my face, and proof of the payments I made. I'm waiting, but it's absurd, they keep finding problems. I hope they don't block my account; I didn't do anything illegal.
I want to be able to withdraw my balance even if it's for skins in CS:GO.

SCAM - BANNED -300$
I never imagined I would have to write something like this, but my experience with CSGOFAST was truly upsetting.
I deposited money into the platform and, for the first time in a long while, everything seemed to go well. I managed to make a profit of around 200 chips — nothing massive, but enough to feel excited and hopeful.
But that excitement didn’t last.
Out of nowhere, my account was banned.
I contacted support immediately, explaining that I deposited legitimately, that my profit was clean, and that all I wanted was access to my account and my money. I explained every detail clearly and provided everything they asked for.
And still… I was banned again.
No proper explanation, no real support, no transparency. Just a sudden shutdown of my account and the loss of the money I had trusted their platform with.
It’s incredibly frustrating and honestly disappointing to be treated like this after doing everything right. If you’re thinking about using CSGOFAST, please be careful. What happened to me shouldn’t happen to anyone.
