Excellent customer care and service. Sedat and the CS teams attention to detail and my requirements were always considered when submitting candidates. They found me several great candidates and I would have been happy to let my property to them all.

They continually keep me updates of viewings and all the feedback and guided me throughout the the process, I have used mainstream agents previously and have never received such a professional service. I received a personal service, tailored to my needs and would highly recommend CS Estates to support you to renting your home.

Wow what a journey! Finding my first property to rent was a daunting task and with little but no experience i was in all honesty scared. I dont remember how i came accross CS Estates however i expected all agents to be the same when it came to viewing their properties. After receiving such pressure to place deposits and make instant offers on the spot i really lost faith in estate agents as a whole however there was something different about CS Estates's approach. They gave me complete freedom and really listened to what i had to say, rather than treat me like many other tenants. Sedat & Chezney even sat down with me and discussed my realistic options however what struck me the most was that they actually listened to everything i wanted in my first flat and managed to get me the perfect one! The referencing process was extremely easy and within a few days i had already moved into my new flat. I couldnt rate these guys high enough, they really are the Property experts of Croydon and i would like to thank them a huge amount! Will definitely use you guys again for the next move!

CS Estates are not your typical Estate Agents; being a first time seller I really did not know what the process was going to be like, but CS Estates really looked out for me and made sure I was happy and well informed at every step of the process.
