SCAM?
I've been using Cryptomus for about a year with a small account, accepting minor payments for digital configurations. Everything seemed fine until they suddenly required mandatory verification.
I submitted all necessary documents. Surprisingly, my verification got rejected without any clear reason. I contacted support, and although they replied, they didn’t clarify why the verification failed. They also didn’t allow re-verification or address the possibility of a technical issue. My funds are now stuck — I can't withdraw them, can't attempt verification again, and support explicitly said there’s nothing more they can do.
Posting this as a warning: keep in mind that you might lose your funds without any real explanation or opportunity to resolve the issue.

They rejected my KYC. Now, Cryptomus team keep my $275+ in my account. They close the ticket when i request for an withdrawal. I am suspecting that they want to take my money for free.
If Cryptomus rejected for KYC, they will need to send the funds for the users. But it is very diffiult situation with them to resolve now.

They had a very efficient operation for a while, but now they require KYC, and I complied with that. However, they rejected my KYC, and my account was deactivated with only a vague reason given, stating that their decision is final. I still have a large amount of money in my account, and they are not allowing me to withdraw it to another wallet. Be careful.

Cryptomus is a scam DO NOT USE
I received $150 on Cryptomus and tried to withdraw, but they suddenly required KYC. I submitted my documents, but one photo had a minor issue, so they rejected it and blocked my withdrawal, claiming my age is invalid.
When I contacted support, they closed my ticket instead of letting me retry KYC. Now my funds are stuck with no way to access them. This is pure theft—avoid Cryptomus at all costs!

Last month, I sent SOL to another wallet. The transaction got stuck, and the money didn't arrive for a whole day. Then I hit up support, and they told me the transaction was still processing and recommended using their explorer to track the status. I cheched it, and everything was fine.

I want to warn you about the fraudulent website Cryptomus. They either have incorrect contact information or fake data listed – to me, this clearly looks like a scam! I tried to register on their site and received a registration email, but my application was rejected every time. This keeps happening in the same way.
