1000% is a scam company. They don't do it right off the bat and try to keep a good name but the CEO is based in Singapore. Their prediction thing where you trade stock options on Crypto is heavily and blatantly manipulated with bots and I have videos and screenshots of me being ITM but they refuse to give me my pay. They also charged me for the $50 subscription completely unauthorized to my credit card after. THEIR SUPPORT IS A JOKE. THEIR SUPPORT IS A JOKE. GUYS. THEIR SUPPORT IS A JOKE. They just send you automated replies and dont even say their names basically politely telling you to screw off and that you just got scammed and theres nothing you can do. its bad I have been in support for almost 2 weeks now and still nothing. they just stall till your deposit clears. and if you have a lot of money? it will be locked up fast. DON'T GET THIS APP PLEASE. ITS JUST AS BAD AS KRAKEN. THE SECRET SCAMS.

Never opened an account with them but obviously someone has in my name with my email. So if you think this is safe, you’re not. I can’t even call to speak to a person to tell them they’ve opened a fraudulent account. I’ll now file a complaint with the BBB and any other entity I can about this.

A good platform generally. Sometimes I can't make transfers or buy crypto and have to also use my smartphone apt so that I go back and forth between the laptop and phone. A little annoying but eventually I get it to work

it is a great experience but they should improve in the web, they should have the web the same features as the app so it could be more enjoyble, I prefer a big screen for transactions and earnings fundings as staking, everything should be the same as from the app to the web so it is with the stocks, thats my opinion, i would be waiting for that to happen, have a great day. also the app it freezzes or last forever to load as other apps, sould be fixing that sooner please

Crypt.com support is awful. They do not let you speak to a live person. Their AI bot is awful as well. Many situations require a live person and they make you wait hours to get an answer. They are quick to hang-up and do not address the issues. They do not give you information to help resolve the issue.

I JUST LOVE THEIR REAL TIME CHARTS AND GRAPHS. EXTERMELY EASY TO BUY AND SELL AND TRADE. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWS. LEVELED UP AND SAVE A TON ON BUYS!!!

Scamer not talking coustomer service waiting for 20 hours and i deposit money but cant top up cant use it dont use this application any more u will lose ur all money

Good debit card. Earn cro small amounts with missions Service desk takes a little longer but helps to resolve problems. Mica licence in Europe.

Customer service is well below par. Very frustrating and disappointing in my experience with this organisation. Account inquiries are not genuinely investigated. A stock standard response is provided without proper investigation. Really dodging, even their chat link is crap. I am sorry I joined up.

You can do everything on your phone using the app, however the desk top doesn't allow you to trade stock, nor can you see the credit card or debit cards on a desktop.
