Seems that crypto.com is scamming customers. Deposited money from my own Bank Account, crypto.com was fully verfiel, but now no withdrawel is possible anymore. Support is even making Jokes about their scam. BE AWARE!!!!!!! SCAM!

Been with Crypto.com for 2 weeks. Everything was fine until I tried to transfer my coin to cold wallet. They locked me out and it is impossible to log back in. They locked me out for suspicious activity. Lies. I can't contact help desk without verifying my account which I can't do without logging in. Total scam.

Stay away , their system sucks, just they are making a lot of pubblicity, they should invest more in their policy, software and all things aren't working well. Stay away

Crypto.com was my primary site/app for buying and trading crypto until they randomly banned my account from making debit card purchases with no good reason. I use only cards under my name with my own money and never gave any reason for them to think I was doing fraud or laundering money. The only thing I used crypto for was to fund my habit of online gambling which I know isnt the most healthy habit but hey whos perfect? So now I am going to close my crypto.com account and take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing crypto.com! You guys suck balls.

Customer support is non existent. Do not bother with chat.crypto.com as they do not reply to you. Been waiting for 2 hours now and nothing at all.

Stay away. They push these free trials then don’t notify you of payment being taken then refuse to refund.

I am writing this to highlight critical synchronization issues on this platform.
​On May 20, 2026, I initiated an unstaking request for 12.40 TON. 96+ hours later, the status remains 'Pending' with no Transaction Hash (TxID) generated. This indicates that the assets are not being processed on the blockchain, but are trapped in the platform’s internal backend due to a synchronization failure.
​I have escalated this as a 'Critical Bug' (#115) on the platform’s official GitHub repository, providing a technical diagnostic of their backend synchronization failure (related to existing database consistency issues). Despite this, the support team continues to provide generic responses without addressing the underlying infrastructure defect.
​This platform is currently suffering from severe technical debt. My assets are being held 'hostage' by a system that cannot sync properly with the ledger. I strongly advise checking their public GitHub 'Issues' page to see the scale of these synchronization errors before trusting them with your liquidity. When their systems fail, their internal infrastructure is not capable of resolving user requests.

Tried to close account, message says withdraw fund first, although I've already withdrawn all. So contacted support and surprisingly they said the same thing, even after showing them transactions records and zero balance in my wallet they refused to do anything and stopped responding. Literally it's the worst exchange I've ever experienced

The whole exchange is scam, hidden fees, terrible customer support, deceptive practices, CRO is the worst coin, the CEO is prick, the company do a roadmap but its useless since nothings is done AND they steal money please dont go there worst customer support. I will make a claime to Luxembourgish authorities they are not in line with MIFID II directives. Im woking in Finance and Compliance in Luxembourg I will make sure that people are aware of that scam.

This is a scam company, stay away if you can..they blocked my account with more than 1500$ and no possibility to recover, I tried also to transfer onto my hardware wallet and app doesn't work...I have been in contact with their ridicolous call center 7 times in a month, they promised to resolve app issues and never , repeat NEVER they provided for give me back my money

Wish there was a zero star option. Crypto.com was revolutionary when they started,but now the fees are stupid, and the insane holds that go far past the 7 day hold period. When confronted with this they never help just recite their rules. If your not going to honor your own rules then bye bye.

Sold crypto,they make near impossible to send your cash. So I dumped it to my crypto card. Then the card fails. App fails. NO customer service....that works. Hours wasted. App failed 30+ times to verify me. I can not access my money.

I sent a payment of 450.00 in btc to a friend to help him out. He got a response saying it was canceled but the crypto.com support just gave their typical its someone else's fault it with drawled from your account not our problem please reach out to the other provider. This site has no true customer support just script readers. Save yourselves from lost of funds. Find another way to buy trade and or pay with crypto.
