I now have several of the CRUA products including the xTent, the CRUA Culla Solo, the CRUA Haul and the CRUA Culla MAXX. Everything is of the highest quality and works exactly as designed. It has completely changed my camping experience. Thanks.

We bought the expensive Loj... many issues but main one is all doors (including bug mesh) close with velcro not zips which is very difficult to close so comprimising bug protection. Unfortunately issues with loj have not been resolved to our satisfaction and I have given up the fight...there are so many good points about crua's products, temperature control, quality of materials.. but they are not good at giving a full description of their products on videos or on the website.. so I'd advise all purchasers to ask very detailed questions in writing and keep a record of answers before purchasing. There is no way to see the tent before you buy and if it isn't what you expected and doesn't work for you its an expensive mistake II wish them well, they have so much promise but I won't be buying from them again. They won't accept a return unless we pay fee and postage.

I am grateful that Tarah with HR was able to help me with my order. She is an amazing person and if you are having trouble with anything Tarah is your gal. I have been having Health problems recently and have not been able to give this review its full attention, but I absolutely support Crua Outdoors and its products and am looking forward to the arrival of my Crua Duo Max combo tent. I cannot wait to test this tent set in the cold nights that are to come.

Crua fan! We got our Crua Loj 3 years ago. And we just love it. We're about to order a Crua Duo tent and 2 sleep systems. We can't recommend their products enough. We had 1 minor issue with the Loj and their excellent customer service left us very satisfied! Thank you!

We just received our Culla Haul to go with our Crua AER Maxx.
We set it up in the living room and tried it out right away. It was so warm, quiet, and dark in there. Exactly what we were promised! We can't wait to try it out for real.
The pandemic slowed down the shipping but the Customer Service was excellent. They always kept us informed and were very pleasant to work with.
Just one more Crua product to go with all the other Crua products we own.

Hi, just received my Crua Haul insulated inner tent to go with my recently purchased Crua AER roof top tent. I am now really looking forward to camping during the winter months. I am already a Crua tent owner having used one for about 2 years. The quality is fantastic and the only thing better then the quality of the gear has been the help and assistance of every member of the Crua team I have had the privilege to deal with. My special thanks goes out to Danielle who has been the consummate professional at every stage of my purchases and a credit to herself and the Crua brand. Crua are definitely my “go to” for anything outdoors related. Keep up the great work.

While on a recent trip to Joshua Tree we were not expecting any rain what so ever. Well sometimes we know the Weather Person is completely off. Day 2 of the trip we had thunder showers and lots of rain; this lasted for about 4 hrs. I was not careful when I put the tarp underneath the tent and a little bit was sticking out from underneath. Of course water got on the tarp and under the tent which then sat there for another day and a half. Not one bit of water leaked through the floor or through the rest of the tent. The Crulla Max held up very well in the rainy conditions.

I purchased the AER Awning to add to my AER roof top tent. I used it that weekend after it arrived and was very thankful for have a space outside to keep my gear dry without putting it all back in the truck. I continue to be impressed by the quality of Crua's gear and their great customer service.

Last year (2021) we bought the Crua Tri tent. Unfortunately, due to lockdown restrictions, we never got to use it that year.

Come June 2022 we planned our first camping trip and thought we'd better erect the tent in our back garden to ensure everything was there and more importantly, we knew what we were doing!

When my wife was inserting the cocoon, when she plugged in one of the connectors to its mating half on the roof of the tent it tore.

I was worried as thought than even though we hadn't used the tent, it was over a year since we purchased it.

Thankfully after checking the warranty it stated it was covered for a period of two years.

So I contacted Crua customer services and explained the situation. The initial person I dealt with said they would send out a repair kit which I was a bit miffed at! I said I was willing to try and effect a good and lasting repair but reserved the right to return the tent if I felt I could not achieve that.

Then Dermot Moriarty got involved and said what they usually do is swap the tent for a new one - this was what I was hoping for.

Dermot worked with me over the following couple of weeks to send a replacement tent and the necessary paperwork to return the damaged one. I was also returning another item to Crua which we decided we didn't want and Dermot kindly offered to let us put it in same box as tent to avoid shipping charges.

We now have the new tent and have just returned from our first camping trip where we were ultra-pleased with our choice of tent.

Excellent customer service and would certainly recommend Crua for both their product and support.

Hyya I got the crua tri insulated tent for camping and gold panning with my German shepherd, spent three weeks in the tent and it is fantastic, a tent worth having.

My first Crua product. I was very impressed. My wife was impressed also.
My whole idea was to have a 4 season tent just because I wanted one in case I end up living up in the woods with the way things are going. Thank you for a superior product!

I love my Crua Duo been using it over a year now and snapped the vestibule porch pole. Contacted customer service and Tara was great got me a replacement within a week. Can't say enough good about this company. The tent is awesome, been thru torrential rains, wind and never a problem, just my clumsy mistake breaking the pole. No problem they gladly sent me a new one. Topnotch service.

Just to let you know that I have been using the tent constantly since February. It stood empty during the 122mph wind without flinching. Which I was really surprised to see it still in the garden the next day 😆 I sussed that the sleeping pod and a heater is also great during the-1° for keeping warm. That was well after wrapping up like a Russian!!! I haven't been camping for 30 years so really I have had to learn as I'm going! As you can probably tell 😆
I have a few ideas or I should say positive criticism, at the moment for the inside of the living area, but I think that's only due to the fact that I'm in the tent constantly 😉 😀
As for the design of the tent and quality of the materials used are outstanding 👏 apart from the last RF 😆

I am looking forward for the following seasons with anticipation 😀

Great experience with the Crua folks. They really took care of our family and we can’t wait to use our tent. If i had to find something negative i can only say it would be nice if it could pack down smaller
