Tudor came over for some snagging work and did a great job.

I haven’t purchased a property from this developer yet, and I may or may not in the future. However, I wanted to share my experience regarding something equally important.
I’ve visited many new developments from all kinds of developers. The homes themselves might be impressive, modern, and well‑designed, each with their pros and cons. But in my opinion, the sales consultant you speak to is just as important — they should be able to answer your questions, guide you properly, and clearly explain everything you need to know. Buying a home is often one of the biggest investments of your life, yet sometimes even the most basic questions don’t get answered. I strongly believe developers should train their sales consultants thoroughly before placing them in sales offices. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case… except with one developer: Croudace.
My partner and I recently visited the Vyne Park development and met the lovely Charlotte. She is by far the best sales consultant we’ve met so far — incredibly positive, knowledgeable, and fully across every detail. I’m certain many people will choose to buy a home from Croudace purely because of Charlotte’s professionalism, attitude, and expertise.
We might be one of those people — who knows — but what I do know is that Croudace is extremely lucky to have her.

From the very beginning of our home‑buying journey, Caroline and Abbie have been nothing short of exceptional. Their support has been truly above and beyond—available seven days a week, always ready to answer questions, and consistently guiding us with clarity and patience through every step of the process.

They took the time to explain each stage in detail, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. Their professionalism is matched only by their kindness, and it’s thanks to their dedication that we were able to complete the purchase and move into our new home by the end of the month—something we didn’t think would be possible.

What stood out most was how genuinely they cared. It never felt like a transaction; it felt like they were rooting for us, celebrating each milestone with us, and making sure we felt supported throughout. People like Caroline and Abbie turn a stressful process into a memorable and positive one, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done.

Croudace Homes is very lucky to have them, and so were we.

I moved in a week ago to a new property at Hermitage Park. From the start I had been incredibly impressed with both the people and the specification for Croudace properties. The Sales team, Sue and Marta, were thorough in understanding my needs, showed me all possible options even though it was ‘on-site’ and were remarkably patient and helpful.
I greatly appreciate the philosophy of ‘no extras’ with the details from Amtico flooring and well specified fitted wardrobes to mirrors in the bathrooms, soft close toilets and toilet roll holders all included. This makes a refreshing change from many national builders.
Last but certainly not least is the site team, Julian, Florin and Adrian. They took great care to finish everything well, and to check-in with moving to ensure all was working as it should, quickly rectifying any issues. Their attitude is exemplary. Thank you!! It is very much appreciated.

We viewed a number of properties at Weavers Gate over the period of a week and decided to make an offer on one. The quality of the build is excellent and the development is well thought out.

Nikki was our point of contact, and Lili has subsequently helped us too. Both are outstanding - helpful, informative, and very patient, enabling us to take our time with our choice. There was no hard sell, just a wish to ensure that we did what was right for us.

As we’re coming to the end of our warranty with Croudace Homes, we recently reported a few snagging issues that needed attention. We had three lovely gentlemen – Aaron, Christian and Tudor – visit us at our home in the Didcot area, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received.

They were professional, thorough and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was completed to a high standard, and the issues were rectified efficiently. They were also incredibly pleasant and polite throughout. They checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were completely happy with the work, which we really appreciated.

We recently purchased a new build property built Croudace and the build quality is exceptional. Our previous property was a new build by another developer and the finishing was terrible compared to our new home. Since we’ve moved in, the team that are currently still on site have been extremely helpful.

Julian and the other site managers have been on hand everyday to help with any bits that needed sorting. They have made this process throughly enjoyable by their willingness to help, but also to check that we’ve settled in ok.

I would thoroughly recommend purchasing a Croudace property to anyone.

I can’t speak highly enough of Gary and Kevin (aka the Chuckle Brothers) and the incredible support they’ve provided throughout our journey with our Croudace home.

From start to finish, they have been consistently professional, exceptionally friendly, and genuinely invested in making the experience as smooth and positive as possible. Their approach to customer care truly goes above and beyond — nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every question or concern was handled with patience, warmth, and real attention to detail.

What really sets Gary and Kevin apart is the pride they take in their work and the obvious care they have for their customers. Dealing with them has been an absolute pleasure, and they have made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

They are a huge credit to Croudace, and our experience with them has been a fantastic reflection of the company as a whole. Thank you both — you’ve set the bar incredibly high.

Thank god Nicky is back!

We love the site and our parents love their new home.
As always with new homes there have been some niggly bits which the customer care team are sorting. But I want to give a massive shout out to the sales girls at the Codicote site. Nicky has been wonderful with helping my parents from the very start and Lilly who joined the sales team half way has been very helpful. Both Nicky and Lilly make a great team together.

Today there were some issues with site vans parked all over the place at the entrance, you couldn’t move but the lovely Nicky has come in and sorted it all out and they eventually moved.
We missed her very much while she was off sick and so happy to see her come back. She also went beyond and helped with getting the broadband connected into the house and get their TV up and running. She even show them how to work the thermostats again.

Despite all the above the sales team deserve the 5 star for the service and going beyond. Both Nicky and Lilly are always welcoming, no questioning too much and gave us plenty of their time.
Not once did we felt pressure into buying. The buying process was a nightmare with the estate agents. The girls helped with all that to help relieve the stress.

Our experience with Croudace Home has been excellent from the very beginning. Lyn was our sales consultant who was very friendly and welcoming. Alice is our customer care co-ordinator who responds promptly to all of our inquiries and Alin our handyman who is very professional, always on time, very tidy and always seems to have solution for any issues.

We moved into our lovely new home on Hermitage park two weeks ago!
The craftsmanship of the property is fantastic and although still a building site, the estate is always clean and presentable with the builders on site always welcoming.
Site manager Adrian, and assistant site managers Iulian and Florin have been brilliant! Any small problem have been dealt with instantly and the communication has been impeccable.
Iulian has gone above and beyond and is so helpful.
They are a lovey team who have made our move into our new home run so smoothly, thank you all Mark Nicole and the girls

The outside door to the utility room was letting rain in. CCO Alin did an excellent job on the door to make sure all rainwater was kept out. He also made it easier to lock and unlock the door.

The support from the site manager Matt and the sale consultant Laurie is excellent

We have had a couple of issues with few doors at our just over a year old new built. When reported, a handyman was sent although it took few months as they were all busy. Arron came in and promptly addressed the issues and went above & beyond to fix them. He didn’t complete the job in haste but did it to perfection and full satisfaction. He not only fixed the issues that were reported but also checked other doors and sorted them out. Thank you very much! Kindness and consideration still persist in the world.
