If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a bunch of crooks and the worst moving experience ever. They are very professional to obtain your business, but once your deposit is paid, its all downhill. They provided an estimate and contract to move a one bedroom apartment from SC to AL. Movers showed up a day late and in the evening which then caused the customer to have to travel into the wee hours to get to the destination and begin work at new job with four hours sleep. That is when the real nightmare began. Delivery was promised over and over but never materialized. Customer texted Mike Edwards, called dispatch, emailed and was avoided like he had a disease. Finally I called and because they did not recognize my number, the answered. Still did not get a solid delivery date but with persistence his belongings were finally delivered over three weeks later. The worst was there was damage and items missing AND they had the audacity to charge him an overage and the move ended up costing more than double the estimate which is illegal. I wish I had been there with my son at delivery becuase I would have refused to pay that overage. We have filed a BBB complaint but it looks like this shady company has packed up, left town and opened up a new business to continue to rip people off. They should be ashamed as should Michael Edwards who took our son's very hard earned money and refuses to respond to our correpondance. You'd be better off moving yourself.

Worst company of 2021!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Michael Edwards is the biggest lying conman of 2021! This so called moving company is a 3rd party moving company has the worst rude customer lack of service we have ever dealt with. The lock you in with answering every call and text until they lock you down as a paying customer, then go silent. They DO NOT care about your things or your delivery time. They get told what to do by the actual truck company. They should all be in jail! DO NOT EVER USE THIS shady con company if you value your time and things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
