I like the subject although I do not enjoy the lectures fully due to "speed matter" on the teacher side. I think would be even better if the teacher makes better use of the methodological ethics. Reg... See more

Waste of time & money

I am so happy to see that they have now closed down permanently. I really don’t want people to waste their time and money attending this university. Very dodgy cowboy school. They were very good at robbing money from you but fail to provide the support for your studies. Even 1 star rating is very generous for this school.

GSM messed up my life.I started my course in October 2017,after battling many medical problems which they knew about but did not bother to register me with wellbeing,they suddenly decided that there was Academic Misconduct on my part(which was not true at all)I have got 2 notebooks full up with notes from 2017.In January 2019 I was really struggling with my medical problems.GSM suspended me and told student finance it was me,note well I did not receive maintenance loan .I got behind on all my bills.In February I could not log into my student portal, without warning it was restricted.After marking me for all my hard work whilst suffering and studying at the same time,they decided to withdraw me from the course and all my hard work and sleepless nights I got a zero.To make it worse they told student finance I withdrew from the course.My aim was to open my own business that's why I chose ENTERPRISE AND SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.GSM shattered my dreams and left me suicidal and in rent stf and other arrears.I had only one more year left.Other universities said that GSM is one of the worst and all they care about is money but not students,well this is the gospel truth.Iam not the only one that have suffered,there are many others that have been through the same ordeal.

DO NOT / WORST UNI

This is the worst university ever. They dont answer the phone ,they dont respond to emails, and when you eventually get through to someone they are very unprofessional. If you have an issue it takes months to get sorted out as they dont care. They just take your money. They dont even have a complaints policy. There is no one you can speak to if you want to complain.

Very Poor EMBA course

Unorganised institution with a poorly managed Executive MBA course. GSM are only interested in enrolling students for money and do not have the students best interest at heart.

Very good option

Very good option for EMBA study

what can be improved is
Course schedule can be arranged timely and inform international students as early as possible;
Have different lecturer for each module, it's good to learn from various professionals

Unforgettable experience that is changing my life

As an almost graduate at GSM London I would recommend it to anyone. The opportunities that I had during my study were uncountable; I had the chance to get involved with the GSM London community but also directly with my sector of interest (events and marketing). The lectures have ALWAYS been there for me when I needed help, they really care about you and your success! I'm now confident about my future!!
