Dee is very knowledgeable on the subject of Health and Safety, she gave us good feed back which we have implemented, she followed this up with a second meeting. She explained the two sites we can get help and advice from and has tried to help with onboarding to bright safe checking issues with her manager and the team to make the transition go as smoothly as possible.
She is certainly someone who i would be happy to approach for advice on health and safety or access to the system on coroner or bright safe.

I would like to provide some feedback for Charles Hancock at Croner.

Charles was recently appointed to support us with a Tribunal claim that had been ongoing since October 2025. Our initial experience defending this case had not been straightforward, with a number of challenges along the way. Charles was assigned to the case a few months before the Tribunal was due to begin, yet he quickly made a significant impact.

He provided dedicated and highly professional support, taking the time to fully understand the detail of what was a complex case with a large volume of information. In a short period of time, Charles was well prepared and developed robust, well-considered questions that played a key role in helping us defend the claim, which was ultimately dismissed.

I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Charles for his support, it was very much appreciated. We would absolutely welcome the opportunity to work with Charles again in the future and only wish he had been involved from the outset of this claim.

The Fire Risk Assessment completed by Darren Corner was undertaken to an exceptionally high professional standard. The assessment was thorough, well-structured and demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of fire safety requirements within a nursing and dementia care environment.

Darren conducted a detailed inspection of the premises, reviewing fire safety systems, evacuation procedures, compartmentation, fire doors, emergency lighting and staff preparedness. The report provided clear findings and practical recommendations that supported both compliance and continuous improvement.

Throughout the process, Darren displayed excellent professionalism, technical expertise and attention to detail. His approach was collaborative, informative and provided assurance that fire safety arrangements within the home are effective and appropriately managed.

Overall, this was an outstanding assessment and I would highly recommend Darren Corner’s services to any health and social care provider.

Health and Safety Review
Callum Staples took me through the Health and Safety documentation on Bright Safe and assisted me in compiling all the necessary policy and risk assessment documentation for our organisation. He was absolutely excellent - he tailored his advice and the documentation to our company's size and remit and I was delighted that by the end of our session, we had pretty much all the documentation in place. Very many thanks, Callum!

Nazma at Face2Face was helpful and reactive throughout what is a stressful process, allowing flexibility when required. The service was overall very professional.
