Package came super quickly ! Everything was exactly (if not better than) what i was hoping.
And even if after testing it in a bath of salted water it wasn't really balanced, in actual rolls it's really is !

Fantastic dice and prompt delivery. Can't fault it!

Ordered an expensive set of dice and pouch for a birthday gift. One of the dice was flawed, emailed the support email given but got no reply, no contact phone number supplied to follow up issue.
Details on website that’s you are to return faulty items (I only have one thing part of a set that is faulty) and that buyer is to wear the costs of returning faulty item and ALSO the cot of sending out a replacement. Pretty poor if the company are sending out the faulty item themselves.

Ordered from 3 times, in the first order 2 sets were wrong, took them a month to fix and even then the liquid core "fix" wasn't the one I ordered. The third (to use up my points) they haven't been able to send two sets from since July (3 months now). Said they'd finally send it after 2 months of communication via email, but haven't received a tracking number. Have been lied to multiple times about it "getting sent today", with different excuses why they haven't been later. At least I got my refund for one of the sets they couldn't send. The dice itself are fine, they're beautiful and well made, but 2/3 is not a good rate and their customer service has been terrible at fixing mistakes

Great choice of dice, some more unusual styles and colours, always fast dispatch, my Grandaughter just opened the 1st halloween dice from the calender and it's great quality with nice clear skull with red eyes inside, I have bought a few unique designs now, really pleased.

Great dice and the dice bag is nice quality will definitely recommend to others. Delivery was also very quick.

I ordered (ORDER CK-32283), I got a confirmation, I got spammed with 'rate us' mails soon.
But I not even got a tracking number. Only when I explicitly asked for it.

Then I had an issue with German customs as the VAT I paid was not recognized. But Critical Kit offered me a refund on this.

My transaction went smoothly and I had zero issues downloading my PDF from the site after the payment was made. The PDF itself works fine. I have no problems opening it on any device to read or transferring it to a USB drive. I'll more than likely be making another purchase on Critical Kit Ltd soon.
