Really easy
Really easy. No waiting, as nurse was good about keeping people to time. Great service.
Mobile vaccination centre
Quick and efficient on the day. However, due to a lack of privacy and space, I could see the nurse moving chairs around with gloves on, and with those same gloves she vaccinated the four people in front of me. I did not feel comfortable with this and therefore I asked her to change her gloves.
I understand that in a small minibus like facility that hand washing space is not available, however using alcohol gel would have been far more appropriate that using one pair of gloves!

very efficient service however concerns about the vaccinator... not very professioal in appearnace - long painted nails and jewellery . fleece on ..i know it is cold but fleece looked very old and dirty

Staff went above and beyond.
The staff here are excellent, they went above and beyond to accommodate a colleague who was petrified of needles to allow her to be vaccinated. They also went above and beyond to order me a specific vaccine, as i was allergic to the type they already had. I can't thank them enough for their calm and helpful nature, (sorry I didn't get your names-my appointment was 11am 23/11/23 at UHCW, hopefully from this you can be identified and thanked).
