At first I was hesitant on calling this agency but thank GOD I did ibfeel relieved and have hope in my life again thanks to Ms Jodi very sweet, smart, self explanatory with everything to the charges and disputes very professional thank you Jodi you put hope back in my life thank you.

Leon Bratford was simply amazing

Leon Bradford was simply amazing. He was very concise, and conscientious in explaining in great detail the processes and billing in an effort to clear up my credit score and clean up other issues. He was a pleasure to speak to and very patient as I rambled on. He must be a a very valuable asset for Credit Wellness and a significant raise is due to him. I wish Leon well in Life as well as in soccer (lol). Any questions or comments please contact me.

Esther was the representative that…

Esther was the representative that assisted me.
I called to see what I needed to do to start working on my credit. She not only explained to me in words I could understand, she made me feel like it isn't impossible to rebuild my credit.
she went over what was making a negative impact and started the process to rebuild my credit.
I was at work and she was very patient. She gave me time to place her on hold and get the things I needed and walked me through the process.
